When Will Wwe Fans Let Go Of The Tight Grasp They Have Around A Brand Name

Name of wrestling movie???

I am looking for the name of a wrestling movie about a kid who has to lose a lot of weight in 3 weeks. The movie is at least a few years old. Thanks for your help!!!

Is pro wrestling fake? Do they ever actually hurt each other (barring accidents)?

They are very real. The result and the spots of the match are scripted. The moves like punches and kicks are real.A professional wrestler performs signature moves such that they don't injure the other wrestler.Lets take an example of move known as Piledriver. It has been banned in WWE since 2000 and only two wrestlers in WWE are allowed to use the move(Undertaker and Kane). This photo clearly shows that the head doesnt touch the ground. If the move is not done correctly then it will result in a injury. In 1997 Owen hart botched a reverse piledriver on Stone Cold Steve Austin. This broke Austin's neck and that is the reason why he retired early. If we see blood in WWE now it has happened unintentionally since we are now in the PG era. Today's WWE product is marketed towards children not adults. Wrestlers like Ric Flair, Triple H are regular bladers. The preffered area for blading is the forehead since it bleeds profusely and heals easily.I would recommend you to watch the movie The Wrestler (2008).The Wrestler shows that while outcomes of matches may be fixed the physical tolls these men take on their body are often more extreme and long lasting than most other "respectable" sports.

Should WWE allow their Wrestlers more Creative Freedom Yes or No ?

Yes wwe superstars need more creative freedom. I think wwe has forgotten that it's not all about the money it's about the fans without the fans approval on several things fans won't even support the company. Superstars like John Cena Jeff Hardy and Triple H all had creative freedom in the past and were all loved and now instead they are hated like crap because wwe controls every single action they do. Just last year when HBK and Chris Jericho made their own storylines they did what the fans wanted most and now many people say that the feud between those two was arguably the greatest feud of 2008.

Another thing that i don't like is not only creative freedom but wwe controls and bans all their superstar's movesets. Some really talented and great wrestlers like CM Punk William Regal Shelton Benjamin Chris Jericho John Cena etc are all watered down up to the point we always see the same thing again and again. We would have more competitive and entertaining wrestling matches with new maneuvers and see wrestlers at their full potential so we can have entertaining matches.

John Cena is probably the best example of creative freedom. He made the rapper gimmick with the wwe and he's the one who had the creativity to make it. John Cena was really popular back than and was really entertaining to watch and everyone has to admit that back than he wasn't as stale as he is today. John Cena's gimmick was something new something that wwe fans weren't used to seeing and that's what made John Cena so immensely popular. Also Triple H if you read his interview like 2 months ago he even said that he wanted to stay as a heel his whole career and most fans loved Triple H as heel. With the WWE controlling both John Cena and Triple H and not letting them have much say in their gimmicks and storylines or even their move sets they have gotten old and are now probably the two most hated superstars in the internet wrestling community.

In my opinion wwe superstars should at least have a say in how their character should progress and evolve. If possibly wwe superstars also helped make storylines like Chris Jericho and HBK did we would see exciting new storylines matches and gimmicks. WWE shouldn't control everything the fans are what makes wwe money and wwe should at least respect that.
