When you clasp your hands, which thumb is on top of the other?
I'm doing a project for biology and I need to collect some data. I just need to know whether your right thumb is on top of your left thumb OR your left thumb is on top of your right thumb when you clasp your hands together. If you could also tell me whether you are left or right handed in your answer that would be great! Thanks :)
Which thumb will be placed for biometric in case when a person has two thumbs in left hand?
I am not sure about the scientific facts, but having two thumbs either on the left or right, use the primary one - the thumb which bears from the bottom. I use Aadhaar authentication using biometrics device and while trying to use the secondary thumb, it throws error. Having said that, while authenticating using Palm, all the 11/12 fingers are included.

I can answer this because I always have my left thumb at top.Though I knew the obvious reason, just to give more credence to my understanding, I noticed various people around me while clapping. So here it goes, what I believe based on observation.Before the reason is explained, it is important to note that we are referring to clapping as shown in picture below. Many people may clap with both their hands parallel as well.Now the position of the thumb (in fact whole hand) depends on individuals being either left-handed or right handed.A person would use their prominent hand for doing vigorous activities. In case of clapping, one hand is ideal and second is moved towards first hand for clap.A left handed person would use his left hand actively and hence it would be on top, same case applies to right handed person vice versa.

I always have my right thumb on top and I am right-handed. I also have noticed that I ALWAYS put my left sock and shoe on before my right sock and shoe. Maybe you can find out if one's dominant hand has anything to do with which shoe/sock they put on first or which pant leg they put their leg into first. How to unjam my thumb RT hand?
Is it a jam or a dislocation. I'd see a doc if its dislocated cuz if you put it back in wrong ur knuckle is going to be 2 sizes too big for the rest of your life. If its just jammed, try not to bump it and give it time. I acutally had mine jammed and it hurt for over a year. It's better now thankfully.
How do you dislocate your left thumb to escape your hands tied?
First of all, there is no such thing as being double jointed. There is only extreme flexibility. I would suggest that you work on making your thumbs strong and flexible. I don't think that they dislocate their thumbs. That would cause major pain and other problems. When you dislocate a joint, you will tear ligaments, tendons, and/or cartilage. There are so many other structures around the joint that you will damage. So work on flexibility, not dislocating! Have fun :)
Random pulse on my palm, left hand below thumb?
just wondering what it could be.. on my left hand on my palm about one inch below my thumb (lower left corner of palm) there's a random little pulse there when i put my pointer/middle finger (from right hand) over it.. there is also a raised line shaped area where the pulse is coming from.. my right hand doesn't have this.. any ideas what could be?

Push your hands towards theirs until the web between your thumb and index finger meet their web. Roughly 2-3 inches up/down with each shake.Disengage your hands, and you're done!The most important thing is to use your right hand and look at the person when you shake their hand.
