When You First Opened Your Store Did You Hire Anyone To Help You

Does Hollister hire everyone that gets interviewed when they are just opening a store? Just for help?

Probably not. Stores usually hire people that they want to work at their store, not just because they're opening. Believe me, if they hired you, they must think you're capable of performing the work, and they want you to work there.

I am starting a new online store, should I hire someone for online marketing?

Back when I first started my online store, I had no idea at all about SEO and ranking. I just figured that if I threw up a store, they would come. As I started to try and rank my store, however, things got ugly.At this point, I decided to start my journey learning the ins and outs of SEO, PPC and other channels that could help me improve my store rankings and generate sales.Diving in, I came across many other aspects that required careful research and oversight. I did have my takeaways and the main one was that I needed to hire a professional to promote my eCommerce travel shop. Here is where meeting pure professionals at E-commerce Marketing Agency Smarketa changed my business path.Over the first two months, they made a real difference. With the SEO strategy they implemented I started generating sales from organic Google searches. Those incredible results led to starting a PPC campaign. As a result, I’ve grown my sales and store in just 6 months. Impressive, huh? When running an online store, it is essential to dive in online marketing, indeed. However, if you want to do it right, and see the results at the same time, you should hire an expert who will be responsible for your store promotion and growth.

Can anyone tell me places hiring 15 year olds?

Your best bet is to call around because usually most places hire at age 16, but some will hire you at 15. Try grocery stores, restaurants, retail stores, fast food restaurants. If these don't interest you, you could mow lawns over the summer for people in your neighborhood or you could babysit.

How do you ask a store if they have a job opening?

jus ask them if they r hiring and they will let u kno.or jus do wat u jus did .ask if they have any job positions open and if so or if not u should grab an application

Would a Grocery store not hire someone for having a DUI on their background check?

If applying at a grocery store that does a background check, would a DUI come up? and if it shows up on your background check would that prevent you from working as a cashier?

I am planning on opening a bubble tea store. What do the economics look like?

Based on my experience from working at a popular Boba Chain. We make at least $500 everyday from charging people at least $4 a cup including tax. I suspect that our profits are huge because the Tea leaves we use to brew our premium teas come from our established company in China. Thus the cost of making our drink is extremely cheap and incredibly profitable. With that said I can’t count how many times we’ve had to throw out a drink because the wrong tea was used, the customer was not satisfied, or we made the wrong size. I can’t imagine how the utility bill was because we constantly had to use water to clean our shakers, make a huge tone of ice, keep the wifi going everyday, and using systems to brew out our drinks. But since our company was huge we could afford these losses and costs, in fact the company focused more on great customer service rather than the quality of our drinks. (Of course they always took the opportunity to enhance drinks, and they basically had solid formulas down already). Is the business profitable?Yes, definite yes. I’ve grown up in an area where you’d literally see a store that sells boba on every block. Not often do I see these businesses fail even in this competitive environment. Some time ago I saw an instagram post from a nearby Boba establishment celebrating that they’ve successfully sold 5000 cups of their top seller “Hokkaido Milk Tea”within 6 months of their grand opening. Once again success is definitely possible. But just like my other fellow Quorans have suggested, researching, creating a business plan, and marketing are one of the few key components that should be highly stressed.
