The user gets notified when the account is taken down by the Instagram authority that your account is disabled for so and so reason when they try to access or login.Instagram thanks you when account reported by you is found to be violating guidelines and is taken down by them.

My friend, who is illegal restaurant worker, pays a partial of his income as tax for another person, B. Therefore, B does not have to pay tax but B does receive tax return (about $7000 because he has kids). In addition, B receives half of his salary as cash and another half check. So he can remain low income. Will IRS care about cases like this? will using certified mail to report B work? I'm just wondering if IRS handles "small" cases like this .
