no, both series were never released in america. Age isn't even done in japan i believe and there was an Animax dub of ZZ but there is only clips of it online (i've searched high and low for ZZ dub) i believe there is a slight chance that it could be dubbed along with Turn A gundam, read that in a Q&A Panel of gundam UC

I personally say Kissanime. The reason is that its not even a day late for sub and dub. If you don't like adds, you can remove em. It has very good quality, and you can choose what version suits you best.

I don't want any youtube or veoh. And I want pretty good quality, but I don't need HD or anything. None that I can even remotely think of as someone who is fluent in both.I actually do once in a great moon TRY to listen to an English dub just to practice simultaneous translations of English to Japanese. The results are embarrassing to say the least when I go back and hear the Japanese.It’s gotten MUCH better than before (I have the original ‘85 Macross Do You Remember Love in Australian English somewhere and we are light years away from there) but there’s a huge cultural dissonance to someone who understands Japanese when you see Japanese body language and facial expressions drawn with an English voice.It’s almost as bad as watching Japanese dubbed crime drama Castle (TV series) or キャッスル 〜ミステリー作家は事件がお好き - Wikipedia.
