Do businessmen read novels?

“The more that you read, the more thing you will know.The more that you learn,the more places you’ll go.”-Dr.SeussMost of the successful men read, they read a lot!Of all the biographies of successful people I read, most of them used to read a lot.One thing is viewed for different angels by different people, and to be successful you need to have a detailed eye and know what others think,what they want as just being by yourself is never enough.Now, coming to the question -  weather they read NOVELS or not, yes they do.If we talk about successful people-other than businessmen you can also find authors,travelers and bloggers and they have always expressed the need and love they have for reading novels.These days we see that people get ideas to discover new things from wierd imaginations they read from books…books can surely make you imagine a lot!It is not possible to know about every county in the world on your own but novels can lead you to various countries. The writers can make you see every detail of a place through their words.Motivational noves lead you though the struggles of people’s lives, they give you strength to move adead dodging all obstrucles.Reading a novel form an author of anothr country makes you feel connected to the people of those countries, Through literature we unite,we break all partitions through our thoughts, no matter how far we are, our thoughts can fly.Today novels have advanced, they are no more about mere stories!authours research well before writing and they are well aware and more reality oriented now a days and it will give you flavours of both the virtual and the real world.“It is what you read when you don’t have to that determines what you will be when you can’t help it”- Oscar Wild.

I can't read a novel more than 6 pages as I lose interest. Is there any novel that's so intriguing that you can't stop reading?

I can understand your problem!  Because I have been there too! But you know what?  With the right kind of novels you can totally overcome this problem of yours! By "right kind" I mean novels which are related to topics that intrigue you. A good way of judging whether you find whichever book or novel you are about to read intriguing or not is by reading the summary at the back. If you find that interesting and feel like knowing oh what's going to happen next I am sure you wont face the problem anymore. One more reason can be the fact that may be the fact that you are not choosing the right kind of a book for a beginner. So my suggestion is to start with books which are relatively easier to comprehend and then move on to better ones. You can start with short stories and then move on to full blown novels.According to me you should try   authors like Satyajeet Ray, Sudha Murty,  Jeffrey Archer,  Dan Brown. They are some of the excellent authors that I have come across with stunning stories that are gripping enough that you wont put down your book until you reach the end.
