Where Should I Get My Back To School Clothes

How much clothes should I get for back to school?

Well from experience this is a good idea. Buy some outfits for this season (fall), before school starts. Then as it gets winterish go winter shoppping. then when its spring go spring shopping. that way if the trends change this year youll have new clothes in the current trend, scince you just went shopping.

What should i buy for back to school clothes?

i would get a lot of t-shirts, and maybe just a few long sleeve shirts but don't buy too many new tank tops since summer is pretty much almost over
for bottoms, i would get like 4-5 pairs of jeans and 2-3 skirts and cool tights or leggings. the makeup sort of depends on what you look like, but some basics are like mascara, foundation/powder, lipstick/gloss/stain, blush, and eyeliner if you want. you can also get an eyeshadow pallete of neutral colors, or one thats for smokey eyes. don't get a pallete of like rainbow colors cuz those look kind of tacky just on everyday use. black, whites, and brown/golds are always the best.
for hair i would get a bunch of cute clips, headbands, and styling products like gel and hairspray and whatever else you need to make ur hair look good
for shoes, u definetly need sneakers, and u can get 1-2 pairs of ballet flats and a pair of boots. not necessarily winter boots just regular boots

i probabaly spend way more than i should....like ridiculous amounts on my clothing especially but that's cuz i get sorta expensive brands like levi's and abercrombie. i'm trying to spend less though....by going to hottopic :)
on makeup i think the max is like $100 if you get any makeup from sephora. if its from the drugstore then $50 is probably max. i get makeup from both though so my price range is probabley between $50 and $100
on hair i don't spend too much and then on shoes...well i don't really pay attention to my shoes that much actually. i get whatever i need then maybe just a pair of shoes that i don't really need but i really want so idk my price range for that really

How much do you spend on "Back To School Clothes" a year..?

I am finished with school now, but your question caught my attention. My family was kind of poor too when I was in high school so I had to keep the spending to a minimum. I usually got 1 new pair of shoes, 2 new shirts, 2 pairs of jeans, and 1 pack each of um.. underclothes. So between $100 and $150 if you include the mandatory band t-shirt I had to get once school started.

My daughter is 8. My goal is to go to the mall with $300 before each school year. $200 for her, $100 for me. We try not to spend all of it, but unless we run into a good sale, it goes fast.

Why won t my dad by me back to school clothes?

I m 15 and I m about to be a junior in high school. I m in the top classes and work hard to get good grades. I ve never drank or smoke or even been to an actual highschool party. My dad only buys me clothes once a year and that s during back to school time. We don t celebrate Christmas and he doesnt usually get me things for my birthday so I never have another opportunity to ask for clothes. For some reason, this year, he still hasn t bought me clothes. I have school in 4 days and I m starting to get anxious. I have 3 pairs of shoes for school, 2 of which are ragged and 1 of them literally has holes in it. As well, I have 3 pairs of wearable jeans. He won t allow me to get a job even thought I desperately wanted one this summer. Its not an issue with money either because he is a doctor. Sometimes I work for him in his clinic but he never pays me. What can I do? I just don t want people to stare at me and judge me for the way I dress.

How much money should I spend on back to school clothes? ?

My friends and I plan on going back to school shopping soon. How much money should I bring? How many shirts, shorts, dresses, and skirts should i get? What accessories should I get?

Full Back To School Clothes List (8th Grade)?

Hey Y'all,
-This is my first question and my name is Jenna.
-I'm going into 8th grade and really don't have many clothes at all so I guess I'll just start new. I don't really get to go shopping so I need a list to get me through basically the whole year. :)
-I don't wear make-up nor do I need to.
-I straighten my hair every school day because I have frizzy/curly/wavy hair. Do you think I should get a curler?
-Could you make a list of everything I'll need. I'm not very girly and I like sports but I don't want to be a total tom boy, so can you say like Jeans x5, etc.

Thanks!

How many clothes do I need for high school?

To tell you the truth, you could have 3 jeans, 2 leggings, 5 tank tops and/or shirts, 3 cardigans and 2 sweaters and you will be fine (even that is more then I have for High school). I had a friend that went through this entire year with 4 different jeans, 4 shirts and 2 sweater and no body noticed (because no one cares). So unless you want to be those people that try to look good everyday, you will be fine, as long as you don’t wear the same outfit two times in a row.The majority of people I know, beginning of the year, go on this resolve that they will look their best everyday of the school year. But the moment the second week starts they are back to wearing sweatpants, because all you want to do in the morning is sleep, and dressing up just to go to hell afterward is not worth it.Good luck in High school.Cheers!

What is a good Back to School shopping list for clothes?

One thing I learned over the years (my children are now adults) is to wait.  I used to fall into the "back to school" shopping mode and spend my budget on the kids needs before the first week of school.  Then, after the first few days of school, my kids would fall back on wearing their usual shorts, tees and sandals/tennis shoes - the same stuff they'd been wearing all summer.  A few weeks later, the weather switches to the first hints of fall and winter and my kids would have a whole new set of  urgent "needs", based on what the other kids were wearing, what they discovered they'd outgrown on that first cool morning, etc.   It's hard to anticipate what you will want to wear in a different season - I still find it difficult to pack for a trip to the desert southwest in January.  By the time my kids were in middle and high school, I was in the groove of having their "back to school" budgeted money ready to go right at that time - that first week of cold mornings.  Much wiser use of our limited family resources.
