Where To Get A Tattoo On My Body

Why did you tattoo your body?

I tattood my body to start with as a Hebrew memorial to my late father on my chest who died when I was 17, he was 82 so had a good fair innings.Anyway I digres. From there I didn't get tattood for 4 years. I've always suffered with depression and anxiety you see and mid point of 2013 I decided to get more tattoos. Now these where small sessions on my forearm 1/2 h sittings with random Hebrew things and Tao symbols. Some time during this I realised I really quite liked the sensation of being subjugated to pain. So logically I booked longer and longer sittings. Before I knew it I was booking full 8h sessions every month. That's been the case ever since and I know have over 50% of my body tattood including full head and chin. Now the relationship with tattooing for me is two fold:I enjoy the pain as a reflection of the pain I feel and have felt in my life. Think controlled self harm.I enjoy the look of the new tattooI have an idea of who I want to become visually. I call this process becoming the realisation of my imagination. To me blank skin is there to be decorated and make into something visually amazing. It's actually very annoying to me to have blank legs currently and I can't wait for them to be full. My end goal is a full body suit with even the inbetween of my toes tattood completely black, this includes genitals, bum cheeks ect the only free space will be my T zone of my face.I really enjoy the individuality of my expression and i feel more and more like me the more mods I get.I'm also planning a tongue split and gold teeth in the not so distant future so stay tuned to that.Individually everyone is different, just like the style of clothes you like, how you do your hair, moders just like modifying their body's how they choose. Here is another recent picture of me doing some extra work for a film.To add I'm self employed and successful.

Is it a sin if I get Jesus tattooed on my body?

Is it a sin if I get Jesus tattooed on my body?A2A.I’ll answer this since it was requested, otherwise, I’d just say congratulations on finding such a gray area, as you can see from the disagreement among the other answers. But since you asked, I’d advise against it.I’ll give you the reasons I can think of. Most of them are not necessarily focused on whether or not it “is a sin.” If you ask 10 people, you will get 10 different answers to whether or not it is a sin and what a sin actually is. Let me see if I can give you other reasons that are less subjective for not doing it.#1: There are better ways to show your devotion.Your body is a temple. Keep it clean, well kempt, and fit. Don’t cover it with graffiti. You wouldn’t do it to your house, let alone a temple of God. Don’t do it to your body.#2: It’s not going to look as good as you get older. I’ve seen old tattoos on old skin. It looks like … old tattoos on old skin.#3: Tattooing, in general, has association with rebellion. Look at mug shots. You will see a curve-breaking amount of tattooing going on. Tattoos are actually used for identifying criminals. Tattoos have such a strong association with crime and rebellious behavior that, by association, they can generate suspicion. I’m not saying that everyone with a tattoo is untrustworthy or rebellious, but there’s enough of it going around that it’s something to consider. Lack of tattoos is never a problem.#4: It’s practically irreversible. It’s not completely irreversible, but removal is very painful, can be expensive, and is often incomplete, leaving ugly remnants. Don’t risk it.Sin or not, if you’re trying to decide about getting one, I’d say “better safe than sorry.” I doubt you’d regret not getting one. If you’re being peer pressured, look at the motives of those pressuring you. “Everyone’s doing it” or “it’ll look cool” or “Dude, it’s JESUS. It’ll show your devotion” are horrible reasons.

Best place to get a henna tattoo on my body?

I'm giving myself a real henna tattoo and want to know where the best place to put it is. besides (back, hands, legs)I dont want to put it in a place where I'll shave it off, or wash it out... Any ideas where it would look cool or if it really matters where I put it?

Is it ok to have a verse from the Quran tattooed on my body?

I understand why you want to do this, especially when you see so many Christians who have religious tattoos. Tattoos are forbidden in Islam though and having the Qur'an tattooed on you body would actually be disrespectful. Muslims who wear jewelry with the Qur'an or the name of Allah on it actually remove it before they use the bathroom, out of respect. If you get a tattoo like that, you can never remove it when you should. I think you are better getting a nice piece of jewelry that you can remove when necessary.

If you do choose to get such a tattoo, I understand, I am just telling you from a Muslim standpoint... I truly admire your respect for my beliefs. BarakAllahfeek.

What is the best place to get my wife's name tattooed on my body?

I have never had a tattoo and never really wanted one until now. I want to honor my wife by having her name tattooed on me. Where is a good place to put it? I am a working professional so it has to be somewhere that is easy to conceal and I would also like it to be somewhere that won't stretch out as I age and gain weight. Bonus points if you can come up with an idea besides just having it written in cursive.

Can I get into Indian Army even though I have tattoos on my body?

I am not sure what you want to ask...your question is not well structured and confusing... Still I take it as 'I am very keen to join Indian army but I have tattoos on my body.. Will it be a cause of rejection'1.) Your opinions doesn't matter at all...US army operates in totally different conditions and terrain... They generally have cold weather ...even their summers are cooler than what you experience in india...and nowhere the climatic conditions reach a variation of 100 deg Celsius...yes 100 degrees... The low temperature while operating at siachen will be around -50 deg and while operating in the deserts of Rajasthan the high will be around 50 degrees Celsius... While if you are posted in Northeast during monsoon months there will be a lot of rain and humidity and leeches will be a constant problem...plus not to mention all the physical wear and tear that army life brings with it..Blithering heat freezing cold  extreme humidity extreme dry weather... All this may lead to a skin infection on the area where you have a tattoo and you may well become a liability for the whole battalion and your platoon which you command will be leaderless and ineffective...Therefore, the people with tattoos are rejected..2.) Coming to your tattoos...according to what you have described...the amount of ink you have on your body brother makes you a case of clear cut rejection..
