Tomorrow I'm going to Istanbul. The place that I'm going to is called "Laleli".I'm only going to stay there for 2 days (I can't more). However,I heard that there are A LOT of shopping malls. So,if you're from Istanbul or Turkey, which shopping mall is the best. Also,I will buy something for my friends. They're big fans of Nirvana and Green Day.Do you know if I can buy shirts or merch (bracelets, necklaces) of those bands? That would really, really help me.And are those shopping malls expensive (I will still buy it,just asking).Thank you.

Does Istanbul have cheap shopping places?

Depends on what you’re after…For photography equipment, Hayyam Pasajı is almost cheap as eBay if you buy second hand.Computer hardware is generally cheaper than Europe, but not USA, of course!Jewelry is dirt cheap, as for example, diamonds are not even taxed!Textile is not cheap, contrary to the popular belief, if you’re not after horrible knock-offs sold in streets.Food is cheap, but meat is extremely expensive. I wouldn’t advise eating a steak in Turkey; its not delicious, its cooked awfully, and very very expensive judging its quality. But, in pastries it rocks. Seafood is also bad and expensive. A rule of thumb: bad food is expensive in Turkey:)Flea markets are generally traps. Even the locals are ripped off, if you dont know what you’re doing, dont know the prices, just stay away.

Wine shops in Istanbul/Sultanahmet?

For the best wine shops, you should pass the golden horn and reach the beyoğlu/Taksim district. This is the place where you can find various types of wines and also any types of turkish wines.
Thogh I have the adresses, you may also phone them and get information about their wines. İf you get interested, then you can visit those places. Please note that, Sultanahmet area can be a little expensive for some people( because it's touristic) +( it's like the most religious place in İstanbul), altough you can reach alcohol like in everywhere, still taksim district is a better choice with it's cosmopolitan population and more options on wines.

Is there any ESP GUITAR shop in Istanbul? or ESP Guitars? or even LTD?

The authorized ESP and LTD distributor in Turkey is Pera Musical Instruments located in "Tünel" Beyoğlu, Istanbul. I think they also have a shop in Kadıköy.
here's their website: http://www.peramusical.com/default.asp

ESP guitars: http://www.peramusical.com/catinfo.asp?m...
LTD guitars: http://www.peramusical.com/catinfo.asp?m...

ESP guitars are extremely expensive in Turkey though, make sure the deal is not a total rip-off.

What is the best restaurant and coffee shop in Istanbul?

Depends on your taste , budget and available time. I love small coffee shops away from eyes and passers by. For instance Coffee Plethora and Cafe Homo Sapiens are my favourite. Wiener Melange at Karabatak Karaköy tastes real . However , i find Karabatak annoyingly expensive. 8 ₺ for tea ? WTF.. Wiener Melange is ₺12.As for restaurant , i like again small and intimate lunching / dining spots. My exception would be Çiya , with special interest in traditional cuisine of Antep and Antakya provinces. Always crowded and lousy it is though. There will be here telling you some of the most expensive and chic restaurants of the city . I don’t know if i would pay for a dish amounting to one of my utilities bills. There are some residents wasting money recklessly. I have never been a guy resting upon the riches of his family . Nor does my surname bear societial reputation. Nor have there been many kind - hearted people in my life with value on persistence and hardwork.Hope my modest feed will be of use to you . Sure there will be days i can give more feed regarding places to eat and drink. Regards.
