I used a glue-stick to put my false eyelashes on. Will it stay?
prob not...i thought them eye lashes came with glue ? but if it didn't i would stick with a glue stick, cause you don't wanna go crazy and bring out the supper glue or anything

No you should not! I am a make up artist and the best solution is to go to a local drug store such as Walgreen's, cvs, eckerds etc and purchase more eyelash adhesive, the only other thing I recommend that you can use is hair glue which is used in hair weaves which can be bought at stores like sally's beauty supply or other beauty supply stores for cheap. Trust me honey your better off just making a quick trip to the store. The Elmer's glue is not strong enough to hold false lashes one bat of the eye and your embarrassed for the rest of the night and God forbid you receive a gift that makes you cry then your really in trouble. Oh no, don't use wax. Even if they do end up staying in place, when you take it off, you'll be waxing your eyelashes off too....bad idea. Hair gel will definitely not stick either...it'll probably just fall off and irritate your eyes very badly. Just go without em and instead, pile on the mascara (use 2 different ones-one for volume and length and curl your eyelashes) if you really want noticeable eyelashes!

The main problem that occurs when applying eye lashes is that it doesn’t glue to the lash line from the first time causing a mess and you try to fix it but it doesn’t, you are pissed off and that’s it. You take them off and go without lashes.But if you would wait for your glue to get tacky it will help you a lot!Squeeze a pea size drop of the glue on a paper towel or anywhere comfortable for you, so that it gets really tacky. I usually do it before I do my eye makeup. Sometimes it can be 10 minutes, sometimes more!!! And not 30 sec like they write and tell everywhere!Measure your lashes (if it is a strip) by attaching it to your lash line, cut if it is too long.Pull the strip along the dot of the glue applying the necessary amount of glue on a strip. Not too much as this way you will get blots of glue along the lashes or it will not stick to the lash line. Not too little as this way they will fall off in 5 minutes after application.Apply lash strip starting from the center of the lash line, then outer corner and inner corner. Apply them as close to the lash line as possible.Squeeze your natural lashes into the falsies so that you don't have too raws of lashes!That’s it. Hope this helps!
