My personal favorites Anime OST are1. Aldnoah Zero - Music by Hiroyuki Sawano is just incredible. If you think Intersteller OST by Hans Zimmer was good try listening to this one. My personal favourates are 'No Difference', 'MkAliez', 'Heavenly Blue' and 'Breathless' . But needless to say each one of songs are really good and should worth giving a try listening to.Aldnoah Zero OST2. Tokyo Ghoul - The music is really well done and memorable. The season 1 opening 'Unravel' is truly epic. After hearing it once, now I find myself playing the song in a repeated loop throughout the day.3. Code Geass - The OST 'Continued story' and 'Madder Sky' are really good. And for the overall theme and background music you can find it goes well the with the flow of the story.
Is there any animes that use the same opening music?
They don't do this, because like every show ever, these are meant to be the show's (or anime's in this case) theme. They are supposed to remind you of the series. If two shows had the same theme, then it would make the idea behind the theme itself pointless. BUT they do have a karaoke at the end of Lucky Star episodes, where the characters sing openings and other themes from various things.

Lets get the boring obvious one out of the way first. But theres a good reason its the boring obvious one, its really good. You could argue that it isn’t the best, but why go to all that effort just to be wrong? (I mean yes, technically personal taste is a thing and you might not like it. I guess. Weirdo.)Now, having done the required ‘Bebop is the best’ part of the answer (which I am required to do as an oldtaku above 30. Sorry if it causes offense but it is the law) lets look at some other ones that are also pretty good.This is the opening to shikabane hime. The clip is .. well .. pretty stupid. And I have no idea what she’s saying because I can’t be bothered to look it up. But damn if it doesn’t get me pumped.This is the opening to the first season of Mobile Suit Gundam Iron Blooded Orphans. The clip is once again very .. japanese? Anyway I find the song very motivating. Really gets me going.The opening to Saint Seiya. I’m repeating myself but .. yeah .. look I just like anime openings that get me pumped up for some robo/superhero action ok? I’m a simple man.Something something guitars get pumped. To be honest there are quite a few which comes to mind. So I will list out quite few which are above all I feel.( one mind boggling fact incoming).Itachi Uchicha(Naruto)- This guys theme is Senya which the most peaceful thing you can ever hear and it goes damn well with his mysterious personality. Its only instrumental with backside vocals which gives you chills as Itachi does everytime he is on screen.Light Yagami(Death Note)- Literally callled Light’s theme and its one of the best theme song/OST i have ever heard in anime ever. Its so beautifully made and goes really well with the scenes in the show which brings out Light’s character more strongly.Shikamaru(Naruto)- Emergence of Talents is the name of the ost. It leaves the strong effect mostly because of its timing. It might be the one of the least recurring OST but it did its share of pleasing and capturing the moment. ( shikamaru,shogi, bedroom-i hope you know what i am talking about)Decision(Naruto)- I am not really sure if this was a characters theme or a general OST but it is the most beautiful and heart wrecking piece of audio I have ever heard. It comes second on my list among all. It comes during the war when someone very close to Naruto dies.Lelouch(Code Geass)- This is the best OST ever and it tops my list as well as my playlist. It is called Madder Sky. It comes on the show actually only once and that too towards the end. But then it matches up with the sublime and astounding end which the show gives you. It is the perfect collaboration of this major last episode scene and the OST which made the anime so mind blowing and one of the favorites of everyoneOrochimaru(Naruto)- So this guys OST is callled Orochimaru’s theme(subtle). And this a great theme song as it has its scary and spooky elements as I used to get scared just looking at him when i was quite small 8–9 years back. But then one thing I didnt realize then but realized pretty recently(fun fact incoming) is that there is a part of the song which is actually in hindi. So next time you are listening to Orochimaru’s theme make sure to pay attention to the part of the chorus. Its literally all hindi. (I actually dont like this one pretty much to put it up with the others but I had to say the fun fact). Adios xD.

Why are anime theme songs so good?
Well, I think that's the way they want you to feel. Like an advert, the first time you hear it, it gets you in a good mood? or a certain mood that makes you feel, like you said, nostalgic. One type of music I really like is Fairy Tail! Their music is really... touching and gets you in a mood that personally for me I wouldn't shake off.
