Why, because if a bank in California is conducting a wire transfer at 4:00 pm to a bank in New York the bank in New York will not upload the wire transfer until the following day.Bank to bank transfers will be immediate.I am no familiar with international transfers due to the conversion of funds.

This is completely dependent on the company you work for and when the payroll processing is completed and the electronic transfer is executed. It could be 12:01 AM on payday, it could be 9AM on payday… In the old days when they still issued checks to a fair number of people, one company I worked for had to process payroll the day before payday so they had the checks cut to hand to the people who got them. One of the “benefits” of using direct deposit when they did this was you actually got your deposit a day early.There is no singular answer to this and it would require asking the people who process payroll at your company.

did vietnam receive any help to help rebuild their land? i was just at saigon for two weeks and was so surprised at how westernized it is. i do know that it's that fastest growing economy. i remember reading an article somewhere stating that ever since united states was welcomed back in 1995 (i think that was the year), united states promise x and x amount of dollars to help them rebuild. and according to that article, vietnam haven't received a cent.
