Out of US, UK & Russia which Country is a real friend of India?
First , i dont see UK as our real Friend but its a good question , between US and Russia .Russia Helped us during 1971 bangladesh liberation war . Russia and India have transacted military sales for decades. While the West has slapped sanctions on India, Moscow continues to be a reliable supplier of high-end weapons and a source of cutting-edge missile technology. Russian technology and specialists have helped India leapfrog a couple of generations and produce best-in-class missiles such as BrahMos and Akash. The Prithvi is also based on Russian technology.While most countries export stripped down versions of their latest weapons, Russia has made an exception for India, with the Sukhoi Su-30MKI jet fighter, which is more advanced than its own Su-27s.The S-400 missile defence system is the latest in a long line of potent weapons that Russia has offered India.They Offer This , because Both countries Trust Each other .I have huge respect for russians .Russia Supported india’s neuclear programsISRO and Russian Space org. are working together .Both countries are working together on many projects .Only country to support india during 1971 . all other countries were supporting pakistan including USA .During 2014 , Mr. putin’s visit to india .PM Modi said “ Even a child in India, if asked to say who is India's best friend, will reply it is Russia because Russia has been with India in times of crisis.”This statement explains all .while on other side , US and india relations are getting good but if you want to say they are as good as india - Russia relation , they are not .US is mysterious . they are practical . they dont want any country to rise to the level so that they can challenge US . While people of india and Russia are emotional as well as practical .US dont trust any nation .Russia is our friend: ModiSo as of current situation , RUSSIA is India’s Real Friend .Love for Russia and hope for Better India US relations in trump’s regime . Current situation suggests under trumps regime these three countries will become more Friendly .
Which country is stronger by the military, the UK or Russia?
Russia, however not by this “large margin” that others seem to imply. The United Kingdom is most definitely a global power that overall exerts more influence than China and Russia, alongside the United States. However, when specifically being compared militarily, Russia is ahead. They both have highly advaned technology meaning that in this comparison quantity would matter. Russia has around 3,794 total aircraft of which around 2,734 are equipped for fighting. This being compared with around 856 total British aircraft of which around 295 are equipped for fighting. The Russian Navy is also more powerful than that of its British counterpart. The United Kingdom could still however put a major dent in the Russian military. I highly doubt Russia would attempt to invade Britain either as this would result in a nuclear retaliation strike. This would cause nuclear war which would leave Britain and European Russia uninhabited.
Is Russia a depressing country to live in? If so, why?
I've read statistics saying Russia is one of the most depressed countries in the world, if not maybe even the most depressed country. Ukraine is also ranked similarly. Why do you think this is? And do you think these statistics represent the reality? But what is it about Russia that makes it so depressing? I know there is economic, political and corruption issues but then there are these issues in so many countries across the world where people are not depressed, e.g. Brazil, Argentina, etc. Also I've noticed that most Russians who have money like to leave Russia and move to the USA, UK, Israel or other countries..
In Russia, China and many other countries, there is a tradition of choosing leaders who are quite advanced in?
Age does not always make better leaders. However, it does give you more evidence of who they are to base your vote on. By the time someone is 50 or 60 years old, their life ought to give you a pretty good indication as to who they are and what they believe. There is also a downside to electing older leaders. Some tend to be unable to grasp the way the world has changed and the needs of today's youth as opposed to what worked when they were young.

They would, and do, agree that not adding anyone is the best decision. Several reasons: adding another permanent member to the exclusive club dilutes the power of all current members.For reasons of balance, it would be hard to just add one: no matter who you add (Germany? India? Brazil?) it would tip the balance of power towards the continent and political system that newcomer represents. None of the existing members want thatTo be clear: the Security Council does have more than 5 members - to be precise, the Council has 10 members: There are 5 permanent members (China, France, Great Britain, The Russian Federation, United States of America). However, there also are 5 non-permanent members that are elected on a rotating two-year basis. At the time of this writing, those non-permanent members of the Security Council are Angola, Egypt, Japan, Malaysia, and New Zealand. Being a member of the "permanent 5" gives you powerful privileges (only they can issue a veto).
Why did it take so many countries to defeat Hitler - USA, Russia, UK and its commonwealth.?
Because Germany has always been a military and economic powerhouse. In WW2 though it had a lot to do with how Germany revolutionized warfare and used new tactics that their enemies had no idea how to counter. Take France for example, they build a huge defensive line called the Maginot line which spanned for most of the boarder between France and Germany. So Germany simply invaded Belgium and then France utterly bypassing all the defenses that the French put in place. Most of Europe was still used to the concept of trench warfare. But the Germans used Blitzkrieg attacks which just caught them off guard and utterly crushed them.
Is Russia more powerful than the UK?
Depends what do you mean by more powerful. Military capability - yes, natural resources - no doubts, Russia have everything - and practically almost unlimited, population - yes. And most importantly Russia is self contained, while UK depends on import of goods and components from other countries, it is an island for the God sake! (However dependency is not always a bad side, because you have access to latest technology, but during “X hour” it could be cut within hours, think about Napoleon blockade of UK in 19 century, Russia was one of ally of UK at that time!Technology - approximately equal, both countries have very good design, engineering and scientific power. Russia also have one of best mathematicians, programmers.However soft power - economically Russia is behind, life standards are behind, propaganda and information in Russia are far behind. International Influence of Russia also far behind. How many Russian singers and musicians do you know? but in Russia they know British singers and musicians.From my personal view soft power is more important in the current time, but you can’t ignore as well other powers (military capability, natural resource independence, self containing)
