omg im in track to! and im 16 and i weight about 108 pounds , 5'6 and my thighs are the biggest too! like my stomach is flat and my arms are skinny and my calvs are skinny but my thighs stick out.

i heard spritners are likely to have bigger thighs and butts but i dont even have a big butt just big thighs

so i stopped sprinting and i started running 2 miles a day and walking about 2 or 3 miles a day and ive noticed they have slimmed down slowly. it takes time tho.

also try and cut bad food out of ur diet. if u eat less fattie foods then ur legs wont be as big

jump rope. for at least 25 min a day. for every min you will burn 23 cals. dont eat white sugar. it seems almost impossible but there are things that dont contain sugar. walk for an hour every morning, diet lipton green tea. or you can drink only water. eat a salad for lunch, and one WITH your dinner. eat half as much as you uassaully do. hope i helped!

How to get rid of fat thighs? (15 year old Boy)?

I have massive thighs. I hate em. When I walk they wobble, it's very noticeable in my school uniform which makes me very uncomfortable. When I sit, I always sit forward so my thighs don't touch my seat and expand. They're horrible. Problem is, I'm not overweight. My stomach is fine, my lower legs are really skinny, but all of my fat just seems to store in my thighs. Admittedly, I could be more active. I've just been really busy, starting school coursework n all.
When I see my dad, usually 3 times a week, we go the gym, though, because I'm under 16, can only go between 4 and 5.
I've done well tracking calories recently, got an app on my phone for it. I've been drinking the right amounts of water, too. I do like Fruit, like apples, bananas, pineapple, nectarines, cherries, grapes.
BUT, I HATE veggies with a burning passion. I physically cannot eat the, they've made me throw up on more than several occasions, so they're unfortunately out of the question.
What about running or biking or something. They make me really uncomfortable, n it's annoying, as my best friend eats and eats, never does much exercise and never puts on weight, he's like a twig. I never used to have them, I'd say I gained them when I was about 13.
My friend wants to go running around the village again, I said it might go with him.
I got an exercise bike at my dads in my room, n try n go on each time.

I was also recently told I could be in danger of developing anorexic habits recently, as I've not been eating, skipping breakfast and dinner at school. I've only ate tea, and recently, not even all of it as I've been drinking water before it. But please don't lecture me about it, I'm aware of the dangers, but I really can't seem to help it.

I've done this before, so it's not new to me, but I seem to be losing more belly fat rather than thigh fat. It might be just me. I dunno. So basically what I'm asking is will I lose thigh fat over time without the cardio? No hate please. It wont help anything.
