Which Headphones Are Better In The Studio- Beats By Dre Vs B

Which are the better headphones: Bose, JBL, or Beats?

It all comes down to what you want.If you want a really stylish looking headphone with average sound quality (accompanied by overemphasised and muddy bass), then Beats the one for you. They are also really pricey. If you want a slightly better sounding headphones with a punchy bass, then JBL is your ideal choice. They sound better than the Beats. JBL sells headphones at an affordable price. So whether you want to pay one-third the price of a Beats headphone and get a headphone with a similar bass-emphasised sound, then JBL is good for you. They have some good looking models too.If you want good (nothing out of the ordinary) sounding headphones which are subtle in style, then Bose is for you. Though they are similarly pricey, they are better when compared to the other two here. Bass is tight and not over-emphasised. Sound quality is good (imo). Balanced sound signature. Mids are a downer. Styling is not over-the-top and is really subtle. However, they tend to sound a bit too bright at high volumes and are really pricey. (though not as costly as the Beats headphones)

Which headphones are better for noise canceling: Beats by Dre Studio Wireless or Bose QuietComfort 25?

Both of those options are "consumer" based, you can get amazing headphones for $100.00 or so check the sennheiser HD 280 for example. Im a working DJ and in ten years have only replaced them once. They have replaceable parts if your feeling thrifty and up tho the challenge, the best over all freq response, triple drivers (high, mid, low) and are half the cost of the others. They just don't come in red.

Beats vs sony ( headphones )?

In fact, NEITHER.

If REAL quality is an issue, please go for REPUTABLE brands only such as B&W, Sennheiser (most affordable), Shure, Grado, Denon, AKG, Audio-Technica, Etymotic or Beyerdynamic. Things like V-Moda, Klipsch, Sony, Panasonic, JVC and Philips are ONLY "okay-ish" indeed. Please do NOT fall a victim to FASHION ACCESSORIES by buying Sol/Republic/Revolution, Noontec Zoro's, Benetton, a-jays, iFrogz, Marley, Fanny Wang, Razer, Karl Kani, WESC, Turtle, JH, Dr.Dre/Beats/Solo, Ludacris/Soul, Koss, Skullcandy, Lady GaGa, Skullcrushers, Monsters nor Bose, because they are ALL seriously overhyped and overpriced "fashion blingbling gimmicks" with a very poor durability and sound quality, NOTHING else (and those who try to claim they are good do NOT know ANYTHING about QUALITY anyway!), BE THEM FAKE OR NOT!

Also, please do NOT go for the overly thumping bass that only distorts everything else, focus on GOOD sound quality and durability IN GENERAL.

Which is the better brand of headphones: Skullcandy or Beats?

There isn't really a good answer to this, each has their advantages and disadvantages, going on a pure price-performance ratio, Skullcandy will take the cake 9/10, however it's been my personal experience that Skullcandy (Especially their earbuds) do not have the strongest build quality and tend to break easily, my experience with Beats has been that their build quality is slightly better, but the sound quality is lacking for the price point. I'd strongly recommend looking into Sol Republic (Best headphones I've ever owned) and Sennheiser (They have some great options out there at every price point). - If Sol Republic/Sennheiser aren't options for you, then I'd recommend a set of Skullcandy Crushers (Good build quality, replaceable cables) - Or a set of Beats Solo2 Wireless (No cables to worry about, though battery life isn't the best for long term listening). My top recommendations would be a set of Sol Republic Master Tracks XC, or a set of Sennheiser Momentums.

Are Beats by Dre headphones worth buying?

Worth it if you want the social status that comes with them, which is polarizing and heavy on identity signaling, relative to other headphones. If you think they look good, which it sounds like you do, and you like the idea of how other people would view you, as the kind of person who buys and wears Beats headphones, then they're worth it.As an audio product alone, they are not the best headphone for the money. Beats have a hyped low-end with a steep rolloff, and a bigger dip in the upper frequencies. Not the most accurate headphone, by design. Here are some illustrative charts:You can do your own comparisons here: http://www.headphone.com/pages/b...This is not to say that Beats are not a good headphone. They are definitely a good sounding headphone. But Beats is ultimately a marketing company, not a headphone design company. The original technology came from Monster (see: Beat By Dre: The Exclusive Inside Story of How Monster Lost the World), who themselves are really an accessories/marketing company known for overpriced cables, not speakers or headphones.Beats headphones are good enough for their market. There would be no sense in them investing lots of resources in additional engineering to yield marginal improvements that their market doesn't care about. The reality is that most of the sonic differences in headphones at this level are pointless for people that are not working on music production or extreme audiophiles in a pristine listening environment. This is not what Beats is trying to be. They're a mass-market headphone that people can take with them.By comparison, there are many engineering companies that have been refining headphone designs for sonic performance, across a spectrum of price points, for decades, e.g. AKG, Beyerdynamic, Sennheiser, just to name a few.If audio performance per dollar is the core metric, Beats are not the best option. Buy them if you value the other qualities they bring to the table.

Beats headphones or silver chain?

Im getting a present for graduation but i cant decide over beats headphones or a silver chain beats headphones have amazing quality and dont answer this quiestion saying to get a differet type of headphone because i think beats is the best at the market right now. but i will also look pretty cool with that silver chain on? which one do you think i should get?

Which is better: JBL or Beats by Dr. Dre?

If looks are important to you, I'd suggest you go in for the Beats by Dr. Dre. And here's why. Beats, look nice. That's about the only thing that's nice about them. The sound quality they give is that of headphones that are at least a thousand rupees cheaper. They're just a marketing brand. And as pointed out in the earlier answers, JBL make good headphones. But they're not as good as their speakers.I'd suggest you look at the Audio Technica M series. They're amazing headphones which have a flat frequency because they're studio monitors used for music editing, mixing and product. But they perform amazing in terms listening too. And they sound phenomenal! The flat frequency is so that the user is able to listen to every detail perfectly. They also have a ton of good listening headphones too. If you're a bass head, check out their solid bass line. I'd definitely recommend Audio Technica anyday. They sound phenomenal. For the sound you get from them, They are light on your wallet too. I've also used Sennheiser headphones. They're equally good but they have a higher bass than the Audio Technicas. And the sound gets a little distorted at high volumes. Whereas the Audio Technica headphones are clear throughout. I will have to point out that, Sennheiser headphones are equally good. They're louder. I am not saying the Audio Technica headphones are better. Both are amazing headphones that sound phenomenal. As a musician, I would prefer a flatter frequency range. Which is why I may sound biased. But, I assure you, I'm not. I'm a fan of both of them. I own both and they both surprise me everytime. Hope this helps.

Difference between monster and non-monster beats by dre studio?

Hardly NOTHING. ALL Beats are FASHION TOYS for gullible teenagers who do NOT know a single thing about REAL audio quality!

If REAL quality is an issue, you should stick to REPUTABLE brands only such as B&W, Sennheiser (most affordable), Shure, Grado, Denon, AKG, Audio-Technica (NOT to be mixed with Technic which is utter rubbish as well!), Etymotic or Beyerdynamic. Things like V-Moda, Klipsch, Sony, Panasonic, JVC and Philips are ONLY "okay-ish" indeed. Please do NOT fall a victim to FASHION ACCESSORIES by buying Boombox, Ministry of Sound, Sol/Republic/Revolution, Noontec Zoro's, Benetton, a-jays, iFrogz, Marley, Fanny Wang, Razer, Karl Kani, WESC, Turtle, JH, Dr.Dre/Beats/Solo, Ludacris/Soul, Koss, Skullcandy, Lady GaGa, Skullcrushers, Monsters nor Bose, because they are ALL seriously overhyped and overpriced "fashion blingbling gimmicks" with a very poor durability and sound quality, NOTHING else (and those who try to claim they are good do NOT know ANYTHING about QUALITY anyway!), BE THEM FAKE OR NOT!

Also, please do NOT focus on the thumping bass that just distorts everything else, instead go for GOOD audio quality IN GENERAL.

Which is better: B&O or Beats?

I actually dont know Beats that much but what I have heard was not especially good. But I know B&O play series, and it’s great headphones. No boosted bass, and a crisp clear sound. I admit I was not so much into B&O untill around 2010.But then they started to make the play series, and that’s simply good headphones.B&O play series are quality headphones. If you can find one artist that use Beats as studio headphones I would be very surpriced.Go with the Bang and Olufsen.
