Which one is better: BBA or BMS?

Hey there!BBA stands for Bachelor of Business Administration and BMS stands for Bachelor of Management Studies. These two courses are more or less the same and some universities give the name as BBA and some universities give the name as BMS.In India, BMS is a relatively new course, started by Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies and is gaining a lot of traction and popularity. Both these courses are management courses, BMS course concentrates on analytical and logical oriented studies and are more flexible while BBA course concentrates on core studies. Both the graduates of BBA and BMS can take up MBA after completion of the under graduation course or they can even take up management trainee position in a reputed company. Some of the Institutes which offer BMS are: Shiv Nadar University, Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, St. Xaviers College etc. Some of the Institutes which offer BBA are: Christ University, Amity University, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. In Shiv Nadar University’s BMS program for example, one can pursue a specialisation in various fields like Finance, Strategy Management, Marketing, Economics & Public Policy etc.The Course Curriculum(http://snu.edu.in/pdf/BMS-Prospe...) is also very unique and we have courses like ‘Japanese Management’, ‘From Creativity to Innovation’ , ‘Negotiations’ and my personal favourite:‘Technology & Digital Economy’ - The course was taught to us by different experts in the fields of BlockChain, Crypto Currency, 3D Printing, Drones. We were taught about the latest and upcoming technology and their business application. You can also see the course curriculum of the BBA program of Narsee Monjee to draw a comparison .
