I'm going to be getting my first tattoo in March and it's a quote but i'm unsure on the placement but I want it someplace I can see it everyday. The funny thing about this whole tattoo thing, is don't ask others because if you want a tattoo you will know what you want it to quote or say, that's why a tattoo is is permanent, it has to have true meaning from inside yourself. I am 40 years old and just received my first tattoo, Why i waited? I always wanted one, but never knew what i wanted, so it was pointless to get it done, i would have regretted adding something to my body that did not mean something true about myself. So, i guess you want to know what i had done. LOL My daughter was missing for 9 months, the FBI found her and brought her back 1 year ago to this month. She had endured many horrific things, i cannot go into. Though all she went through and continuing counseling, she always ends letters, poems, notes using the words "Stay Strong" so, after serious thought, we went together to get tattoo's that quote "Stay Strong" After 40 years, i new what i wanted, i did not ponder, because this quote REALLY meant something to me and my daughter, so there was nothing to think about what quote to get, if i decided to do this. I am happy i did this for not only myself but for my daughter..She has been wanting one for a year and it took allot to allow this at 16 yrs old.. I allowed this because she never changed her thought on "stay strong" and this quote helps us out everyday and makes us stronger to live daily lives challenges. Believe in what you believe in, when the time is right you will know what you want and will not regret it!

I have so many quotes I like, and have narrowed it down to these. Would any of these look absolutely stupid as a tattoo?? Are any better than the others for placing on the back/shoulders? I'm having trouble picking just one, it was hard enough narrowing down to these! Tattoo quote 10 pts for best answer?
My mom died a while ago and I'm thinking about getting a tattoo about her, it will be a quote. I already have her name and an ange on the left of my chest, but now I want a quote. Right now I am thinking of getting something like "Always With Me" or "Never Alone". The quotes have to be small enough to fit on the back of my neck. Your best bet, for any tattoo, is a place that can be hidden by a t-shirt. Therefore, somewhere like back, torso, etc. is probably best. The reason for this is that many employers judge prospective employees on sight, and a tattoo immediately (arguably unfairly, but that's another story) might make an employer turn you down. Also, checked your Latin, and it seems correct, so kudos on that.
