I am looking to lose 15-20 pounds of mostly fat (I know there will be water weight as well). I am wanting to lose all over but really focus on losing abdominal fat. You don't need thermogenic fat burners to lose body fat.

The key is diet - believe it or not, you have to eat to lose weight. Spread your total calories over 6 meals every three hours. This prevents starvation mode, which results in the inevitable fat storage when you do actually eat something.

Strength training and cardio is also just as important. Instead of starving yourself and using fat burners, you need to eat and burn calories through exercise. The more muscle you have, the higher your metabolic rate. The more cardio you do, the more calories you'll burn. Instead of "starving" the fat, why not just burn it off.

Just because some burly-looking actor in a white coat says hydroxycut works doesn't mean it actually does. Sure, it might help a few individuals, but the vast majority of people just end up addicted to it because of all the caffeine. but i do have experience with 3 pills

Lipo-6 black

it works, you're going to eat a lot less, you'll have tons of energy and you'll lose alot of weight

Xenedrine RFA-X i've used this for about 2 weeks when i couldn't go to the gym

it works, it's a lot weaker than Lipo-6 but you keep your appetite which means after you get your desired look you won't have to strugge to open your appetite up again.

and lastly

Antro-Phex - I started taking one of these pills a night because i'm on a weight gain diet and i think i'm gaining too much weight...it's certainly keeping the fat off. Since I use it in the night, it's not affecting my diet at all ^.^

my recommendation is depending on what you're looking for.

What are the best diets and fat burners for women who just had a baby?

I had a baby about 3 months ago. Although I diet and exercise, I still need a little extra boost. After he was born i stayed a little flabby and chunky in the belly area and my thighs are thicker. I would like opinions from moms who have gone through what I'm going through. Although I understand that my body will more than likely NEVER go back to the way it was, I would like to hear about what you've tried and how it worked for you.. Thanks :)
