It is 2.5 years in each sign, i.e., preceding sign of your moon sign, your moon sign and the next sign.Assume that a village/ city gets early warning about in coming cyclone & storm. Knowing that the calamity has to be faced, the village prepares for possible defence by strengthening the housen structures or alternative shelters.
