Which Network Has The Best Nascar Coverage Fox Cbs Nbc Abc Or Espn

Who's better covering NASCAR: ESPN/ABC or FOX???

Man! I LOVE THIS QUESTION!!! It should be sent to ESPN. They have really screwed up the presentation, I have never heard so many statements REPEATED, TIME AFTER TIME, and showing the DRAFT. Most fans who are real fans know alot of this stuff and to hear it time after time, makes me really ready to turn off the TV. I do mute alot and can see what is going on, if the commercial is over before they go back to green. Otherwise I have to wonder who got the jump on whom, and how did he gain 3 spots on the restart, while Rusty Wallace is saying that David Green is passing Kurt Busch, when it is Kurt Busch passing David Green. ESPN, the station that started broadcasting has too much coverage and has been screwed when one event overlaps another and you have to change channels to finish a race. They are trying to crowd too many things into one schedule and have the most boring commentators in the realm of motorsports. Bret Mosberger?? COME ON! Give me FOX, SPEED and David Jenkins anytime

Whats the best Nascar broadcast station? FOX TNT NBC ESPN ABC ?

There was a time when ESPN used to show nascar races and do what IRL does now, show us the race even when they go to commercial...I miss that...A LOT

Now I think Fox does the best coverage of Cup races... Speed is to the point with the Trucks and Nationwide is best on ESPN...

I also agree that DW is funny and old school, which we need, but Im lovin DJ and Kyle Petty's recent drivin insight too...toss in Larry Mac, Mike Joy and Hammond and we may have a nascar broadcast dream team... = )

With no obvious bias/love affairs over Kyle Busch thanks...

Who has better football coverage? NBC, FOX, CBS, or ESPN.?

WHATTT! espn sucks so much especially sports center! when ever i watch it they just don't get it right, they have too many entertainment BS like who's now and whatnot they shoultd stick to highlights! NBC is new at things so they kind of get a little breathing room. CBS has solid announcers and their halftime show is good. FOX is the best the announcers are superb like Jo Buck etc.. and the OT has terry bradshaw, howie long, jimmy johnson, and others that put the competition to sleep.

When it comes to actual brodcasts which include the game and the half time shows my list goes...
1. FOX
2. CBS
3. NBC
4. ESPN

Not sure what you mean by affiliate programs. Most stations that broadcast network programming are called affiliates? What is “affiliate programming?”

I don't think there is any reason to believe that dynamic will change at all. First, Murdoch is selling his entertainment companies, and not his news networks to Disney; there would be the specter of an anti-trust situation if Disney, which already owns ABC, were to also try to acquire the Fox News Network. Second, as is often noted elsewhere, Fox “News" has a somewhat different mission from the three legacy news networks. Fox was created specifically to promote a political agenda; news is at best its secondary purpose. The advertising mix will likely change, as will some of the lighter content, based on the shifted priorities of the two firm's corporate parents, but I don't think the core missions will change. And don't forget that the other unknown in this mix right now is what the fate of CNN is going to be.

I would say no, for several reasons. First of all, networks don't produce all their own material. For example, the "edgy" Fringe was made by Warner Brothers but aired on Fox. Modern Family -- an edgy show full of innuendo -- is made by Fox but airs on ABC. Breaking Bad was made by Sony but aired on AMC. Twin Peaks -- one of the edgiest shows ever -- was distributed by CBS but aired on ABC. Fox is the newest network but isn't exactly the edgy one anymore. It used to be known for scifi and edge, but shows like Intelligence on CBS and Hannibal on NBC disprove both the scifi and edgy aspects.  Shows like Almost Human are scifi but lack any edge whatsoever. CBS is known for procedurals, but shows like Castle and Body of Proof run on ABC; and all the Law & Order shows ran on NBC. CBS is also known for comedies such as the Big Bang Theory, 2 Broke Girls and How I Met Your Mother -- making it the "king of the networks" with the highest rated dramas and comedies. NBC can't be called family friendly considering it's got Hannibal and The Black List, two exceedingly violent shows. Not to mention Law & Order SVU, a show focused on sex crimes. ABC is relatively family friendly but they are currently really into prime time soaps, like Scandal and Revenge -- which are certainly not family-friendly.Warner Brothers/CW is known for genre fare -- vampires and superheroes and high schools.

This question is hard to answer as as local programming by a network affiliate might have aired instead of any national network programming. So local programming varied from city to city. Even some broadcast networks had little to offer at certain times of the morning, leaving an affiliate to broadcast something else. Internet searches may, at best, get you a copy of TV Guide for a region, where it will note that morning’s program. I’ve not had luck in finding anything but prime-time (8:00 PM to 10:00 PM) broadcast schedules. But during the late morning of January 28, 1986, here’s what I could find likely airing nationally on the broadcast and cable news networks.CNN: The Daybreak morning news show was airing. It was the only network that covered the launch live. You can watch this very broadcast below.Broadcast networks ABC, CBS and NBC would have game shows and soap operas such as The Price is Right and Search for Tomorrow airing around 11:30 AM Eastern time. The local networks would’ve broken any local programming if they weren’t airing their network feed at the time in favor of covering the disaster.

Can i get 7 stations abc nbsw cbs fox national btn espn?

For the most part if you have a basic TV provider like DIRECTV or Dish, you might be able to get this kind of content but it depends which area you live. ESPN, BTN, and National are not available unless you have cable or satellite. You might be able to catch coverage online though via subscription?

Would anyone like to see Fox broadcast all the Nascar races only, not another channel?

I would love to see Fox broadcast all of NASCAR's races; they by far have the best coverage. When Fox signed on with NASCAR back in 01 no one knew that both NASCAR and Fox's coverage of it would be so popular. Fox had contracts with the MLB and NFL and still do; so they could only carry NASCAR for half the season.

TNT is a sub-company of NBC. Last season NBC had the most horrific coverage of NASCAR that any Sport has had to endure. For every five minutes of racing they have five minutes of commercials. There terrible coverage and over play of commercials caused nearly a 30% drop in Viewership and outraged alot of Fans. Thank God TNT only has a 6 race deal; but as far as I am concerned even one race on an NBC affiliate is one race too many. Without BP, TNT/NBC have absolutely no one of any value to cover our Sport and it showed last season.

After TNT ABC/ESPN takes over and they have been fine tuning their Busch coverage to prepare for the upcoming Cup coverage. It may be a little sloppy at first, but from what ESPN has been doing to improve Busch coverage, I am quite confident that they will do a good job with the Cup in the years to come.

Fox has set the bar real high. It is because of Fox's coverage that NASCAR is as popular as it is today. I will mis DW, Larry, and the rest of the crew; But I am looking forward to seeing Rusty and his ABC/ESPN Team do once TNT is done with their coverage.
