Which One Sounds Better To You

Which one sounds better: Elf, Demon or Angel?

I was thinking something of the lines of this plot:

When Maggie was a baby, she was sent down to the human world because neither Heaven nor the under world wanted her as she was half angel and half demon. So, she was hated by the demons and the angels. Now she's sixteen, her powers have came in one big explosion. Fires randomly appear, hurricanes sweep over unsuspecting countries and while all this is happening, her love interest thinks she's rank. Her best friend Bree (Brianna) thinks these 'natural' disasters are happening because the world is coming to an end. But the truth is a little bit more confusing.

Thats all I've come up with so far

Andrew OR Andy which one sounds better ?

I always say Andrew to teachers, or on books etc. because that's the firmal name yeah :p

But most of my mates just use Andy or sometimes Andrew but yeah, personally i prefer Andy but my friends just say that normally, and never have I told them what to call me ;)

Although, if teachers call me Andy it sounds kinda odd lol, but normally they don't so yeah.. Just go's like that ;)

Which one sounds better, " This statistics" or " These statistics"?

If you are going to use “this” then “statistic” would have to be singular - “this statistic shows that 57% of of people who make up statistics use the value 57% to convince people of what they are saying”If you are going use “these” then “statistics” has to be plural - “these statistics show that the amount of people who believe that statistics are made up has increased year on year ever since records began”Basically - if you have one figure to present, use “this statistic” because it is singular. If you have multiple figures to present, use “these statistics” because it is plural. As for which is better to make your case - that really depends on the figures you have, and is a conversation for an entirely different question, time and topic :)

Which one sounds better to you out of these two, ‘with his body facing away from the Sun that shone onto his binds, the wall in front of him shielded from it’ or ‘he shields himself with the wall in front of him’?

Sorry but neither makes any sense. What are ‘binds’? You can say something binds you but that’s as a verb, not a noun. And if the Sun is shining on any part of him, how is the wall shielding him from the Sun?And the second sentance isn’t much better. You would shield yourself ‘behind the wall’, or you’d say ‘he used the wall as a shield/to shield himself.

For a tattoo which one sounds better: Take Risk or Take Risks?

Take risks. It is plural. If you were to refer to it in the singular form you would say something like "take a risk" with no "s" at the end. So you have two options, 1) "Take a risk" or 2) "Take risks". I personally like #2 better.

What sounds better: Buy one get one free, or 1/2 off sale?

Don't rely on what sounds better, test it and see what works for you. Do an A/B split test ad campaign to a randomized group on your email list with distinct landing pages and shopping carts. After testing a sample of your constituency, send the winning campaign out to your whole list.MailChimp and other email platforms would be the start, and many website platforms and shopping cart systems can also accommodate the rest.BOOM! You just found out what works better from your customers and not because of a random opinion.
