Which player would you most like to start an NBA team with?

Among current active players, Gianni's Antetokounmpo has yet to turn 23 (he is younger than some college seniors and NBA rookies) yet he has developed into a bonafide star with seemingly limitless potential still yet to be uncovered. With the ability to play four, if not five positions on both ends of the court, he is a special talent who could dominate for well over a decade to come. There is no one else so young with anything like his combination of versatility, proven ability, and future upside - few enough can match him in any one of these areas. If we can account for historical players, it's very tempting to go with a young Lebron James or Michael Jordan, but I actually would go with a slightly unconventional approach and take either Tim Duncan, Bill Russell, or Dirk Nowitzki. For a brand new team with no established culture or hierarchy, it’s imperative to have a player with supreme intangibles who can unite a team with his leadership establish a culture that will last for years even after he retires. That's exactly what these three players did for their respective franchises. Although they all played the game very differently, they are widely regarded as consummate teammates and professionals who set a perfect example on and off the court while still being all-time great players. I probably go with a young Dirk just because his three-point shooting would be so valuable in the modern NBA, but you can't go wrong with anyone like that.

If you could put any two NBA players on the same team, who would you pick?

Chris Paul and Klay Thompson. If klay got a playmaking first point guard, by golly he would dominateI also wouldn’t mind seeing Demarcus cousins play for the bad boy pistons as the PF. Dennis was a SF at that point, so the issues during 1991 wouldn’t have ended as nicely for Jordan.

If the NBA were to "restart" and have a fantasy draft with every player in the league in it?

I would try to take a younger player, sign him long term and develop him. His contract would be cheaper than a veteran.

Or if I had trade offers, I would select the best talent available and trade him for quality players and more draft picks if I knew I could still find good talent with lower picks.

For example, if I had the #1 overall pick, I would select Carmelo Anthony and trade him to the Knicks for Felton, Galinari, Chandler, Mozgov, a 1st Round draft pick, and two 2nd Round draft picks. With my 3 new draft picks, I would select players like Al Horford, Monta Ellis and Al Jefferson if they were still on the board.

NBA 2k10 - My Player Mode - What team for a PG? I want the team with the worst current point guard.?

im a pg and i play for the blazers, steve blake sucks and so does miller.

train your off/def awareness if u just want ur overall to get higher. otherwise, they are pretty useless

What would happen if an NBA team has so many injured players they don't have enough players for a full lineup?

It sort of happened before between the Warriors and Blazers back in 2010, when the Warriors were on the verge of only their 26th win of the entire season.Warriors literally only had six guys against Portland but the NBA rules require at least eight official players in order to compete. The two other players were injured in previous games but managed to limp to the court with them. So far so good and Warriors were keeping pace with the Blazers. Then their one starting center got an injury in the first quarter so they were literally left with just five non-injured players. Four of the five, including Curry and Ellis, would play until the last second. The last five guys Warriors were left with had a great game, but it wasn’t until their sub center incurred a 6th foul when the crazy stuff happened. Now the Warriors have 4 players left including Curry. The usual rule when this happens is you let the 6th-foul player enter regardless but since the Warriors entered with unofficial injured players, they had to sub them in and make the injuries official first and so they did.The remaining players who entered barely played two minutes each, literally trying to play with injured legs until the refs accept their injuries as official. When they got their 6th-foul center back, the Warriors were able to pull through and won with 122 points over the Blazers.PS: Cavs lost Game 2 a few minutes ago so I hate that I’m praising the Warriors lmao

If you had to pick a full 12-man team of current NBA players to beat the original Dream Team, who would you pick?

I want Russell Westbrook as my point guard for sure, along with Stephen Curry, and shockingly I would take Ben Simmons as my third-string. My shooting guard would be James Harden obviously because he is the reigning MVP with DeMar DeRozan as his backup. Small forward is probably tied with point guard as the position with the deepest talent pool in the NBA so I want three small forwards. As tough as it is to just pick three, I would take LeBron James, Kevin Durant, and Paul George as my small forwards. Power Forward and Center were pretty easy to pick as the four players I picked for these positions are probably the four most physically gifted players in the NBA not named LeBron James. Power forwards are Anthony Davis and Giannis Antetokounmpo, while my Centers are Karl-Anthony Towns and Demarcua Cousins. So just to recap who my 12 players are here would be my depth chart :PG: Russell Westbrook, Stephen Curry, Ben SimmonsSG: James Harden, DeMar DeRozanSF: LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Paul GeorgePF: Anthony Davis, Giannis AntetokounmpoC: Karl-Anthony Towns, DeMarcus CousinsObviously there are a lot of great players in the NBA today that have been left off of this roster, the most difficult for me to leave off were definitely the guards. Players like Bradley Beal, Kemba Walker, Kyrie Irving, Victor Oladipo, CJ McCollum, Kawhi Leonard, Draymond Green, Joel Embiid, Jimmy Butler, John Wall, And Chris Paul all deserve to be on this team in my opinion. The only weakness I would say the NBA has today is the lack of a pure pass-first point guard like John Stockton that I could put on this team to control the ball movement, but if the players stay unselfish they have a good chance of winning. Considering the Dream Team is the greatest collection of talent that has ever been assembled on a roster ever, I thought it would be best to assemble a roster of current players that not only compliment each other’s style of play, but can match up with the Dream Team physically and talent-wise.

In NBA 2k10- my player Do I have to stay with the D league?

I was drafted by the spurs. Im a point guard and this ment i would have to back up tony parker. I made it to the NBA and Then my agent told me that the spurs decided to send me to the d league. I was averaging about 10 points 5 assists and 4 boards..... this really pissed me off. any way now i am on the austin city turos. my question is do i have to play all of these d league games during this season or will the spurs give me a 2 week contract after i start dominating d league?
