How to get a cancer man?

I am a taurus female, and met a cancer male a couple of months ago. He was very nice and we talked a lot of the night. He would tell me I was cute, compliment my hair, what I was wearing, and things like that. At then end of the night he asked for my number and I put his in my phone. When I left he said that we better hang out again, and I agreed. I texted him that night just saying hey and he invited me over to his place, but it was late and I couldn't leave at that time. He continued to tell me that he thought I was cute and I would say I thought he was too! Well, I added him online, and we haven't really talked since then. He sent me a message a few weeks ago but it was only because he was trying to sell me something for work, though he did approach me in a cute way about it. I mentioned to him that I thought we were going to hang out sometime and he apologized and said he has been out of town a lot for work. I told him to call or text me sometime and he never did. Should I go for it and try talking to him a few times and see what happens? I'm not usually the one to go after guys, but there is something about him that really attracts me and I haven't really been able to stop thinking about him even though I only met him once! I thought he would try and pursue me but I can't tell if he is still interested. I have read that with cancer men you have to make the first move, but I don't want to scare him away or be rejected. Please help me out.

How to handle a taurus woman?

Taurus Woman here with her guard near permanently up! :/

Taurus and Cancer are a great match for starters, i myself have dated many Cancer Guys, i find them sexy and caring, we have allot in common, there's an attraction. :-)

In general i am VERY guarded, especially in relationships of any kind.

I have let my guard down in the past and got hurt REALLY badly, and it's the mental/emotional side of things that cuts the deepest and keeps me awake at night. It's actually led to me being Bi-polar, attempting suicide many times :(

I suspect she is fragile in that same way and is protecting herself from that kind of thing.

She's testing the waters before she dips her toes in, that's what i do, and is in know hurry to take the plunge, always holding back just in case.

She may make you jump through hoops a bit to see if you are really into her, she will try and push you away, to see if you are really interested in her.
If you go away, then she'll think you weren't interested to start with, something she had already thought about that's why she held back.

The last Cancer Guy i dated would ask me if i liked him(i did 110%) but i never let that on to him though, and just said once that i liked him, and that was it.

I think he wanted me to show it more to him, maybe to boost his ego, i don't know but that's not how i operate. I can't open my heart to someone I'm getting to know, especially when i fancy them SO much. My guard is up as always, to protect myself from pain.
I also don't want to come across as desperate, that quality in someone else would make me run for the hills! :O

Be patience, if she see's that you are sticking around after her trying to drive you away! she will think differently of you; that you are the real thing and in time she will open up, but it's going to be VERY slowly for her she's in know rush.

Good Luck! :-)

What is a Decan and What is a Cusp?

Excellent question.

Every sign has three decans (also called decanates). Each sign has a range of 30 degrees, changing decans every 10 degrees. The decans can affect the persona of your sun sign. Here are the decans for each sign:

Aries 1 - Aries, 2 - Leo, 3 - Sagittarius
Taurus 1 - Taurus, 2 - Virgo, 3 - Capricorn
Gemini 1 - Gemini, 2 - Libra, 3 - Aquarius
Cancer 1 - Cancer, 2 - Scorpio, 3 - Pisces
Leo 1 - Leo, 2 - Sagittarius, 3 - Aries
Virgo 1 - Virgo, 2 - Capricorn, 3 - Taurus
Libra 1 - Libra, 2 - Aquarius, 3 - Gemini
Scorpio 1 - Scorpio, 2 - Pisces, 3 - Cancer
Sagittarius 1 - Sagittarius, 2 - Aries, 3 - Leo
Capricorn 1 - Capricorn, 2 - Taurus, 3 - Virgo
Aquarius 1 - Aquarius, 2 - Gemini, 3 - Libra
Pisces 1 - Pisces, 2 - Cancer, 3 - Scorpio

So, for example, someone born on July 10 is most likely a Cancer with a Scorpio decanate. The "purest" of each sign will be signs with a first decan, as they will not have an influence from a sister sign (sign of the same element). If you were interested in a Virgo with a bit more ambition, the Capricorn decanate will do the trick. If you want an Aries with more staying power, the Leo decanate will do the trick.

Everyone has a decan, but not everyone has a cusp. A cusp is where your sign (and not only sun sign) is near 1 or 30 degrees. (You will need to look at your own natal chart, which should tell you that your sun sign is x degrees in Aries, for example.) If your sign is closer to 1 or 30, your sign is a cusp with the adjacent sign. For example, Sun in Aquarius at 1 degree means this person is a Capricorn / Aquarius cusp; practically speaking, this person's birthday would be around January 20/21, depending on the year. (Again, you need to reference a chart for EXACT dates for each sign in each year.) Cusps typically mean that you can exhibit traits from both signs.

Another difference is that decans have only been used to describe your sun sign placement; cusps, however, can apply to any of your planetary placements. For example, Mars at 0 degrees in Virgo would mean this person is Mars in Leo / Virgo cusp and may exhibit traits from both signs (though one typically dominates).

Hope this helps.

Why are Sagittarius men players?

I have met a few Sagittarius men who were players in my lifetime so I can relate. There is an adventurous and optimistic inspiration attached to almost everything a typica Sagittarian does.  However, I always recommend the entire birth chart be considered.  But if you meet a man with a sun in Sagittarius sun, you will usually get a pretty big Sagittarius vibe as men tend to live in their sun. However, sometimes I think Sagittarius types get a bad reputation for not wanting to commit.  What you are most likely seeing is that need to be free, that inner philosopher that needs to be expressed and indulged.  This sign in particular needs a mate that is traveling in the same direction.  If you are not up for a life-long adventure, you may want to just be friends or get left behind. With which celebrity do you share your birthday? Does your personality resemble theirs?

Apart from a few famous people, I share my birthday with what is perhaps the single most famous technological phenomenon since the assembly line.Google was started by Larry Page and Sergey Brin in Stanford on the 4th of September 1998, when I was 10. Like Google, I was small back then. Like Google, I am huge now, with vast amounts of storage, in my tummy as well in the topmost compartment. Run anything by me, and I'm likely to yield some search result. And my tummy storage runs into several Tera-, nay, Peta-bites.So, all of you out there who brag about how you share your birthday with some famous sportsperson, or musician, or whatever, I share mine with a phenomenon that probably told you whom you share your birthday with.I share my birthday with Iggor Cavalera - a wonderfully gifted drummer and an important member of Sepultura (Brazilian thrash metal band) for over 20 years.I also share my birthday with Beyonce Knowles.I'm a member and lead vocalist of our college band. I sing all sorts of genres: metal, rock, light Indian, etc.Another famous person with whom I share my birthday is Dadabhai Naoroji - The Grand Old Man - a renowned intellectual of his time and the first Asian to become a British Member of Parliament. While I still have several years to go before I can call myself any sort of old man, I do usually sport a beard, and always wear glasses.I play many sports, although I'm not particularly brilliant at any of them. You might call me an all-rounder in that regard. Talking about all-rounders, how about the mighty Zulu?I hate running between the wickets. Also, in case you're wondering what the number on his trousers is, it's 69.I love cars, so I simply had to share my birthday with someone from that field as well. Well, I do. I was born 71 years after Henry Ford II - the grandson of the legendary Henry Ford and president of the Ford Motor company who took the company public and was responsible for its re-establishment as an automotive major, after the turbulent WW II period. Finally, I share my birthday with Rishi Kapoor, who was a famous Bollywood actor and is now a producer/director.I don't look like that and hope I never do. Also, you wouldn't spot me dead wearing that shirt.
