Who Do I Make Complaint To If Sheriff Mistreated E

Is it illegal to steal a dog that is being abused?

First of all, don't risk your safety. If the dog doesn't know or trust you, he will probably attack, as you have apparently witnessed before.

Second, it's never a good idea to handle something like this on your own. If you truely believe this dog is being abused, then you need to report it to an animal control facility. STEELING THE DOG WILL ONLY GET YOU IN TROUBLE. I don't know where you are or where you live, so google for "animal control center in (your city here)" Find a phone number and give them a call. Also be aware that you have the right to keep yourself anonymous if you want.

Thirdly, when you call, be sure you are able to tell them why the dog is being abused. A whiny aggressive dog may not be good enough. Is the dog being hit? Is it not being fed? Is it left outside in freezing or hot weather with no water? If they also suspect the same thing that you do, then they will come out and investigate.

remember. Animal control employees are specifically trained to handle abuse cases and aggressive dogs. PLEASE do not go near the dog, or try to take care of this on your own!

Besides, what would you do with the dog after you stole it? Keep it in your room? yea. bad idea.

What are some slang terms used among police officers?

The most derogatory terms for the bad guys and citizens who are just pains in the rectum:A.H. = Adam Henry (A-dam H-enry) If you don’t get it…..sometimes you will hear it as “Jack Hole”…..now what starts with an “A” that ends with HOLE ?RICHARD CRANIUM= What starts with a “D” and is a nickname for Richard ? What is the non-medical layman’s term for the Cranium ? Do these clues HEAD you in the right direction ?

If I refuse to roll my window down all of the way and just crack it during a traffic stop, and a cop breaks my window, can I sue the police department? I do this to protect my property and my rights.

You could, but it is unlikely you would prevail.I don't know of any state that requires drivers to roll down their windows all the way to communicate with a police officer on a traffic stop. Most states do require drivers to obey the orders of a police officer when they are on a highway (that includes most any street), and that could be interpreted to include lowering the window glass. Police have a much simpler avenue to compel you to communicate with them without window glass between you. The law of Pennsylvania v. Mimms allows police officers to control the movements of the driver on a traffic stop (another decision extends this to passengers). That means the officer can simply ask you to get out of the car. If you refuse, he can use reasonable force to compel your compliance. That's where your window gets broken. There are quite a few YouTube videos that show this happening, usually while the driver is screaming, "I DO NOT CONSENT! I DO NOT CONSENT!" while the police drag him out of the car, put him on the ground, and handcuff him. If this happens to you, you are almost certainly going to go to jail, and your car impounded. Please don't try to convince anyone you are trying to "protect my property and my rights" by refusing to lower the window glass. You are figuratively flipping the bird at the police, and challenging their authority. Don't be too surprised or offended if the police demonstrate just how wrong you are. If you choose to get your legal education from YouTube, you will put yourself at a profound disadvantage. As I have said many time before: if you believe you have been mistreated by the police, contest the charge in court, make a complaint at the police station, and/or file a civil lawsuit. If you challenge the authority of the police at the side of the road, you will lose that battle every time.

Mormons: Your views regarding William Law?

Might as well throw this out there for discussion. William Law, Second Counselor to the First Presidency. Joseph Smith's chosen one. Almost poetically, the Judas of the LDS Church. Although my own opinion of him views him in a better light (as opposed to a Judas), as I can most definitely relate to a man that reacted to the radical doctrine of polygamy the way he did.

Recently it was said by one of your members that:

"Law was once a trusted apostle, but he was caught cheating on his wife, and was excommunicated. Twice. He wanted to hurt the church in the worst way."

Can you please guide me to where I can find the source of that information? After that, tell me how you view Mr. Law, and if you think his reaction to the polygamy doctrine is really as crazy as the LDS Church makes it look. Imagine yourselves in his time, when a man that you regarded as a prophet introduced a commandment from God that would give your husbands the ability to take another wife with you. How do you think the first discussion would go with your spouse after being exposed to such a radical doctrine.

So, after providing me the source of the information listed above, please give your views on the matter. Thanks!
