Who Do You Think Is The Best Washington Spirit Team Member

Is Southwest better than Spirit or Frontier airlines and is it better than United cost wise?

As you can see from the following survey, UA ranks 11th, SW 7th, Frontier 4th for best US airlines:
http://www.ibtimes.com/top-15-us-airline...

Southwest is a very friendly airline that offers a lot of destinations. Other than offering 2 free checked bags, SW is the only US airlines that don't charge any change fees when we need to change our travel dates, others charge between US$100-150. Targeting mostly tourists SW's cabin crew are trained to be more entertaining and give passengers a more personal approach.

While Frontier is a great airline, I tried to avoid it as it used to have a lot of delays mainly because its hub is in Denver and it snows often there in winter.

If you want to look for faults, no airlines are 100% perfect. Some passengers, including me, don't like SW's open seating policy, ie we cannot choose our own seats, or lack of airport lounge for the elite frequent travelers, yet I travel with them the most because overall it's a very good airline.

Tens of thousands of passengers go through TSA daily, there is really nothing to be nervous about if you're well prepared. Note that when going through security, passengers are required to take off their shoes, over coats or sweaters, and pass through either body scanner or metal detector. Therefore we should remove all metal items from us including cell phone, keys, belt with metal buckle, watch etc. See here for the rules:

Native Americans offended by the Washington Redskins name?

I think the Native Americans have a valid point, but it's nothing insulting. It should be an honor that they are somehow affiliated with a football team. I mean there's also the New York Yankees, and the New England Patriots, and no one seems to bring their names to court.

BQ: Packers, by a lot. Aaron Rodgers will pick apart their horrible secondary.

The 1991 Washington Redskins do not get enough credit as an all-time great team. Do you agree?

Absolutely. The problem for the ’91 team is that while it was the best of the 3 Super Bowl-winning Washington teams in the 80s and 90s (XVII, XXII, and XXVI), those wins came during a time that San Francisco (a dynasty), New York (the biggest city in the country), Chicago (the ’85 Bears are an arguable best team of all time and certainly one of the best remembered), and Dallas (“America's team” and another dynasty) were all racking up wins. Washington has an expansive fan base (in the 80s and 90s before Charlotte got a team, Atlanta became more consistently good, and their mascot came under attack, Washington's support was even broader), but they still never quite became national darlings.Given this, as well as the fact that Washington was not a particularly flashy team (there are several Hall of Farmers on the roster, but the quarterback was not at that level and the best-remembered aspect of the team is likely its offensive line, “The Hogs,” so it doesn't get less flashy than that), Washington gets lost in the shuffle. In full honesty, I actually planned on writing a response indicating that while the ’91 Redskins were one of the 10 best teams of all time, they don't get much love because they're closer to #10 than #1. In doing additional research, I was wrong. The “eye test” can be deceptive: several analytics-driven studies conducted in this decade have in fact concluded that the ’91 team was the best Super Bowl-winning team of all time, and definitely top five. So while the ’91 Redskins are unlikely to ever be as loved outside of D.C. as the ’85 Bears, they certainly are beginning to get their due.

When someone says 'Where's your team spirit?!' what is a moody/funny response to it?

Ghostbusters came by and removed the spirit.

Is the political party system in America necessary?

A party system allows you to pass complicated legislation covering many subjects. Government is just too big to have a debate from scratch on every bill that might be put. And the scope of government work and the number of topics mean that no single legislator can be an expert in everything. You cannot be an expert in defence, foreign affairs, healthcare, bank regulation, the environment, transport... all at the same time. And you cannot afford to bring every legislator up to scratch on the subject every time you want a new bill. So they have to get together in groups and divide up the work. Different legislators will do the in-depth work on a subject, then give their colleagues a high-level briefing and advise them which way to vote. Which means they must trust each other, and the voters must know what sort of person they will be sharing the work with. Hence parties. Only for single, very simple, questions can you go to the electorate directly,

Have you ever encountered a spirit? Do ghosts and witches really exist? Share some of your encounters (if any).

being a demonologist and a paranormal investigator yup i have many !We have solved many cases one of them are -One of such cases are as follows :-We have got a summery of a case solved by us,A short summary of a case solved by IPTA client claimed some paranormal activities at their residence. The IPT members went to investigate the place. The spiritual department member went in and investigated all the rooms, the upper floor and the balcony. They sensed the presence of a spirit in the upper flat of the building. The spirit was influencing the lower flat where the resident lived. The upper flat was empty and unsold for many years, subsequently, the IPT members stated it in their report along with some other minor issues like energy stagnation and the hotspots where the energies were found.Later on, the scientific department went in. The scientific department Used gadgets like EMF meter, also known as cell sensor Motion sensor, EVP recorders, Infrared thermometer along with cameras to get some apparitions. The IPT members got a spectacular class B-EVP in the recording. The data submitted by the spiritual and scientific department was verified and it was found that the reports written by both the departments were almost 95% identical. The motion sensors were activated at many places and they got tonnes of evidence and thus, the case was analysed, which brought IPT to a conclusion that as the place was haunted, It was affecting the residents. Consequently, there it was necessary to perform cleansing operationConsequently, there it was necessary to perform a cleansing operation in that area and thus meditation was performed by the team members. As reported by the team, there were a lot of distractions that tried to interrupt the process. They sensed a very tainted smell spread into the surrounding but even under such dire circumstances, the team managed to get through with the cleansing and kept their focus intact. At the end, there was a pleasant shift in the ambience of the place. They felt relief as the surroundings seemed much lighter and they didn’t feel a looming pressure around them. In the final rung of the investigation, the team re-examined the place and to confirm the effects of the cleanse. It was concluded that the place wasn’t haunted anymore. It was one of the many houses we solved cases of!so ghost do exist and you can find them everywhere !many are allegedly many places are not but ghost or i can say there type of energies rather do exist !

Do you think Aaron Rodgers will win another Championship with the Packers?

He should win at least three more with the Packers but he will probably only get one with the way the defense and offense is playing at the moment. The team needs to pass the ball to win yes but they also need to find ways to trues in the run game more to build them guys up more when Rogers won this only ring Starks was a rookie but he gave them just enough to open up the whole field and take them from wild card game to Superbowl champions. Aaron find a way to get the whole staff and players to buy in on this year and it will set the team up for years to come knowing that there best player believes in them even when they aren’t doing so good at this moment. Run the Table was one of those years they look like trash for a few games and nearly made it out of the playoffs with little to no one on the team. Jeff Janis who? You need players like that to buy into the year and trust yourself enough to bring them up week in and week out. A team is every player giving you there best its not a team of the best players but a team willing to to give you everything they got even when they don’t have anymore to give. Even your worse player at any moment is your best player talk them up find that one thing they can give the team that no one else can do. Even your bench players have a voice they can help make the game easier by telling you to relax your doing good or making you laugh something anything to keep the whole teams spirits up. Last game vs the 49ers start of the game everybody was happy next thing you know it took tell 7 mins to go before something good start to swing back the Packers way. In those moment you find out what kind of team you are and have. Keep your heads up, fight, tell yourself we got this, anything to change the way its going at that moment they all can’t be bad. Staying in the game is all you can do sometimes tell you can finally break threw but even then keep fight to victory you only lose when you stop fighting…..

Why was Ray from "Remember the Titans" kicked of the football team?

So Ray is rascist and doesnt like the fact that the schools are intergrating. Hes also the blocker so he has to block for Rev whose the quarter back. So while their in pre-season training Ray says to Gerry:
"Rev? He better be praying I block for his black behind."
To which Gerry says:
"Yeah, but, Ray, if you don't block you're not gonna start."
and Ray says:
"I'll start. I'll just bide my time."
So once he was definately blocker he waited until a game and let the tacklers through really easily so they got to Rev and in the tackle ended up breaking his arm. And Gerry Having gotten over his previous hates of the black boys on the team remembers what Ray had said and knows he let the tacklers through on purpose. So Gerry speaks to Coach Boone and Coach Boone say:
"Well, you're the captain. You make a decision, but you support your decision."
So Gerry went and kicked Ray off the team.

SO summing up:
Ray was supposed to block for Rev and he missed on purpose because hes racist, so Gerry has him kicked off the team.

Hope this helps:)

What is the best way to motivate my young sales team?

I have been a sales rep, managed sales teams, been a VP of Sales, and now I run Badger Maps, a company that makes a product that is specifically designed to help field sales reps more successful. And what I’ve observed throughout my years in sales is that many sales managers make the mistake of assuming that sales reps are coin-operated, and therefore only work when there is money coming in.Although a proper compensation plan is vital, salespeople are much more complex than that, and there are things that you can do to motivate them on a deeper and more sustainable level.First, when you are leading a team - really, any type of team - it's important that they understand the big picture and your collective goals. Cash is the lifeblood of a business. A sales rep should be able to connect the dollar they bring back to the company with company's ability to produce a better version of the product or service that they are selling. The better the product is, the easier making money will be for the salesperson.Second, to motivate your team they need to know that you care about them, their career, and their future. You need to give them the information, training, and knowledge to be successful.A sales leader should invest in their team. Help them develop and be more successful through training, feedback and regular one-on-one meetings. Finally, a sales leader should be a career coach. A coach looks at every part of an athlete's game, finds their weaknesses, and works with them to help improve that particular part. So many sales leaders are willing to sign up to bring in an additional 10% revenue next quarter, but how many sales managers would be willing to 'carry a quota' on helping each individual rep on their team to do 10% better in the next quarter?
