Who Is A Village Doctor

I am not a doctor but I want to open the hospital in my village. How do I do this?

I really appreciate you for the thinking arised from your heart.still so many villages are not having doctors and hospital services.you better rent a house full of small rooms say minimum of 4 rooms are enough.ask for the doctors who are servicing nearby your village to come to visit your village hospital on a daily basis and limited amount of time say evening 5 to 7, or whatever may be the convenient time for that doctor. ask one or more nurses to come at the time and pay them the amount based on the patient consulting fees. say if you are charging 100 rs for a patient give 50 rs to doctor and 10 rs to the nurse. and remaining you kept for your clinic maintenance charges like phone bill, current bill, rent, etc.later slightly improve the number of doctors coming to your village hospital. to increase the number of patients you have to cover more than one villages. do some advertising by using any bit notice etc.initially don’t expect for profit. also the doctors should be willing to work in your village hospital.about rooms make one room for doctor’s consulting, another for doing any procedure, and a small lavetry, with water facilities, and another two rooms for another doctors. you may easily set up a collection center for blood test that is laboratory purposes in one room.later if you are ready to invest, you can put one room as pharmacy to sale the drugs.got some advice from your friendly doctors. they may help you in this regards.all the best.

Virtual Villagers How do i build a hut?

Last Day of Work forums has all the answers.

Approx. how many people live in a village in africa?

Dear, your question touched my heart. You sound so young and innocent, Okay - first of all I guess you'll have a long way to go until you become a doc. Please be aware that docs in the US do not start working on a big salary. It will take some more years to receive a "good salary". By then you will be much older then now and your priorities might be different.

Anyway - if you want to help being a doc you may consider becoming a doc in Africa or work for any organization working in Africa. Some docs also spend their vacation and spar time to work in Africa for free. I think this way you may help people living in poverty the most than just donating a few USD.

Being a black American: do you know how many Americans (back and white) live in poverty and are without proper healthcare. You may think about them also.

I wish you all the best.

How do I make a master healer on virtual villagers 2?

Besides having them examine the plants again and again, the only thing to do is to wait until someone else gets sick so that your Trainee Doctor will heal them and gain more skill in this area.

I know some people who were desperate to have a master healer purposely made their villagers sick with one of the nasty stew recipes so that their doctor had some people to heal. The recipes are below if you're interested.

What unhealthy habits do doctors have?

Doctors have all the same unhealthy habits as you do or don’t. It’s not part of the job description - apply only if are free from bad habits.Wearing a lab coat does not preclude one from jumping into those same unhealthy rabbit holes as the general population. I know doctors who eat too much, drink too much, are too sedentary, don’t sleep well, etc. etc.Really this question is a good one because it hits on some cultural norms in the USA. They say for those above 70 years old, they were raised with the idea that doctors are gods. What they said was law. Times are changing.I think if we look at healthcare practitioners as normal, human beings with a different skill set than the one we posses the relationship becomes more meaningful and real.Koreans view doctors much differently. There’s an old joke in Korea, if you want to find a doctor look for someone who is smoking! In Korea, the village doctor lived in the same apartment as the rest of us. No luxury digs to isolate herself from us. She always made it a point to bring her habits and failings into the treatment room. Nobody wants to be made ashamed or belittled because they hit that container of Ben and Jerry’s New York Super Chocolate Whatever.I can’t name the amount of times I have gotten sick after treating dozens and dozens of flu and cold patients as well as dealing with sick kids at home, only to be told, somewhat joyously, heal thyself physician.Seriously? I am supposed to be invulnerable simply because you come to me for specific medical advice for conditions which are getting worse?Honestly, I like the balls of it. But it comes from the wrong place.About a month after opening my clinic I was out at our local brewery having an IPA and a burger. A patient of mine came up to me and said, you drink? You eat meat? Of course I responded. They cancelled their next appointment, saying they were looking for someone more congruent with the vegan leanings. They liked the dream world of a health care practitioner who must be vegan, meditate 24 hours a day and abstain from anything processed, bought or sold. What they saw was someone who didn’t fit in with their fairy-tale version of what a healthcare provider was.Next time I had the opportunity to meet friends out, guess what I did?IPA and burger. Would rather let people see me as I am, rather than the version they prefer.Let’s keep it real.
