Who Is Your Favourite Super Mario Princess

Who has "saved the princess" in Super Mario Bros. (the original game)?

(SPOILER HEAVY)Mario or Luigi, depending who you’re playing. If you’re wondering what Peach looks like in the game (since there’s no picture in the manual), she looks like this:She appears next to Mario/Luigi just like a Toad would:Toad:Peach:

What's you favorite princess?

peach.

Why did Princess Peach reject Mario’s proposal in Super Mario Odyssey?

This is just a theory, but I think that if she picked Mario’s, Bowser would’ve gotten angry and might’ve went Super Smash Mode and F-smashed. Ok, that was a joke (maybe), but I think that Bowser would’ve gotten angry. Maybe she was just stressed that she was on the moon and wanted to get out of there.

What is your favourite Mario game?

Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. This game is absolutely gorgeous. It’s beautifully crafted, creative, fun, dramatic, contains an actual plot with supporting characters…I could go on and on.I’ll just hit some major points.Paper Mario started this series, introducing “Paper Mario” for the Nintendo 64 console. This introduced Mario with rpg elements that were fairly new to many people. There was also a set of adorable and fun characters that would work alongside you on the path to defeat Bowser and save Princess Peach.Thousand Year Door is like 200% Paper Mario and more upgrades. The game is big, there is just so much to explore, and you can meet a variety of hilarious and powerful characters. This is a Mario game, and yet it became so much more to people like me.This game is what inspired me to write fan fiction.Fun game play! You can turn into a paper air plane, paper boat, roll of paper…it’s hilarious and fun to explore new areas!RPG elements are addictive. Leveling up is a priority but you don’t mind hitting the sewers to get extra points for more abilities.Awesome story. Princess Peach gets kidnapped with a new angle that no one sees coming…you genuinely care about the story so much, and the characters. It’s great. You can keep playing…get all the goodies, after the story is over. I was overjoyed when I found this out.Funny. It is, I’m not joking. So much fun. Humor galore, you even take part in a murder mystery…More to add, but these are probably good enough. :)

What is your favorite super Mario Brothers character?

Wario’s always pretty entertaining. I just wish they’d make actual Wario games again — nothing against the WarioWare games or anything, but we haven’t gotten any “play as Wario and go around smashing stuff and stealing treasures” sort of games since Wario Land: Shake It!… unless I missed one.A lot of the new characters introduced in the RPGs are great, too. Like Geno and Fawful for example. That’s the kind of thing the Mario games need, not just infinite repetitions of “Bowser kidnapped the Princess, go save her Mario!” over and over and over again. Whatever happened to Mario storylines with a new main villain instead of just Bowser again? Even the Paper Mario games are getting overly “Bowsery” now, after a long run of only one Bowser-as-main-villain game (and even then it was only thanks to the Star Rod powering him up.)

How many bits is Super mario bros 3? (early 90s) 8, 16 or 31bits?

8-bit was for the NES

16-bit was for the SNES

and 64-bit was for the N64.

The original Super Mario Bros. 3 came out on NES so that would be 8-bit, but it also came out on Super Mario All-Stars for the SNES which was a remake, and that was 16-bits. Hope that helps.

Who is your favorite, Sonic or Mario?

Mario. The adventures mario has brought me though, the constant entertainment and excitement every new game brings. His inspirational and influential games have caused many other games inspired by him to come true. Sonic? Well, I guess he had a couple good games… an entertaining tv show… but… well… he sucks! Sonic may have been good, but that was a long time ago. The franchise has continuously disappointed fans and has had so many flops. The only thing they can do to keep themselves afloat is by regurgitating levels they have already made, and game mechanics in the only good games they had. It is an insult to nintendo to say sonic belongs any where near the king of games. while games like mario odyssey, super mario bros 3, and mario kart are some of the best games ever, though made really differently, and some newer than others, are some of the best selling games ever. You can’t look at the games sonic has and the games mario has and say sonic is better. I don’t understand how people are able to say that. If it’s just because he is cool, or stronger or whatever, sonic can’t be better than mario unless they are able to create over 30 years of pure gaming bliss for gamers to enjoy as nintendo has done. Though I do wish better for sonic, i don’t want such a lame character on my smash bros roster!

What were some of your favourite 90's computer games?

Duke Nukem 3D, SimCity 2000, Starcraft. XCOM: Apocalypse, Shadow Warrior, DooM 1 and 2, Blood, Unreal Gold, Unreal Tournament GOTY, Half-Life (and it’s 2 expansions Blueshift and Opposing Force), Jagged Alliance 2, Sid Meier’s Alpha Centauri, etc. - Among my top picks from the 90s.I also didn’t get particularly a whole lot of “playtime” with DooM either until much later, in the 2010s.Couldn’t play HL1, Quake, Unreal, or many of those 3D games until around the era of Windows 7 though…

On Super Mario Bros. 2, what character(s) did you play as the most?

Luigi! The first entry in the Super Mario franchise I played was Super Mario World. Being the younger brother who didn’t get much of the limelight, I naturally gravitated towards Luigi. (Of course, I didn’t have much of a choice as my brother insisted on being the first player.) So, when I finally got a chance to play Super Mario Bros. 2, I naturally started with Luigi.I liked Luigi so much that it was quite some time before I even tried playing as a different character! When I did finally try, I found them all lacking.Anyone I’ve talked about SMB2 extols the virtues of Princess Peach. In their mind, her float ability makes her the superior character. I personally feel she’s a one-trick pony, though. First of all, she’s the slowest and weakest character as well as second-to-last when it comes to jumping, so floating is her only strength. In some levels, that’s incredibly useful as she can circumvent large parts of the level, but in other levels - particularly those that are vertically oriented - it does no good.Meanwhile, Luigi’s jump can achieve similar results in many situations… and his strength and speed aren’t hampered so much that he can’t hold his own in combat. His major failing is his how hard he can be to control, but since I started playing as him, I learned how to deal with it early on.* See the Super Mario Bros. 2 wiki for details.
