At first I got wibes from the tune of the music that it might be Wenn die Weile lang wird, kommt der Spass zu kurz by Sven & Olav, but that song doesn't have any text or singing in it, so I had to reconsider, so I did a Google (company) web search for the short lyrics I could hear during the first minute and a half, and I ended up with I Need Your Lovin' by The Temptations- Music Group, however that isn't right either. But that's unfortunatly how far I got. Perhaps this is someones own song on top of another piece of music. I'm sorry I couldn't provide more help.
