What would happen if U.S. Congressmen/Senators had term limits?
New members of Congress tend to rely heavily on their staffs since they don't know how the institution works. Term limits would mean we'd have a lot of inexperienced lawmakers, so unelected staffers would have a lot more influence than they already do.
