Is 7 hours enough sleep for a 15 year old in high school?
Seven hours is okay for me, but I'm also nineteen going on twenty. When I was fifteen, I needed nine hours to be comfortable. What I would do is go to bed fifteen minutes earlier each day. Even if you don't fall asleep, just lying there in bed and having all of the lights/distractions off, it will tell your mind and body that it is time to go to sleep. Trying to jump your body back hours will not work very well. When you do go to sleep, try letting all thoughts go; I find that listening to relaxing music is helpful when I am starting to go to sleep. As for procrastinating, I find it helpful to carry an agenda around, and to dedicate specific hours after school/work to get your work done. I find it helpful to jump on work right away because after laying around and resting, I don't feel like doing any work. Good luck! :)

Can an 11-year-old date a 15-year-old?
I think. it depends on what you define the word "date "as. Is it hanging out in groups with friends? Talking on the phone and texting? Kissing? More than kissing? I think that girls do mature faster than guys, however take it from a girl from matured a little faster then she would have wished, 11 is a little young to be doing anything besides possibly kissing a guy with your mouth closed like you would a family member. and I don't think a 15-year-old guy is going to be satisfied with that for very long. When I was in your grade I dated a 10th grader and he was sweet and all but I felt pressured and I really like him. He ended up breaking up with me to go out with a total slut and told everybody that he went out with me to see how far he could get with an eighth grader. The moral of the story is, unless they're your friends and have known you since you were young, most guys in their teenage years are jerks and if it comes between you and their hormones their hormones will put you in an awkward position and won't feel bad about it for years to come. If I were you I would date him but make sure that he knew exactly what that entailed which would be group dates and handholding and mwah kissing if any.

I dont think there is any point grounding a 15 year old girl - corporal punishment is much more effective and you wouldnt be in this situation now. It sounds to me like she has earned enough brownie points to be let attend. But I would have a chat with ehr and explain to her that her next indiscretion will result in corporal punishment on the bare. Lately I have come to the conclusion that it is absolutely bvital for girls in their early teenage years (13, 14, 15 and 16) to receive corporal punishment - in fact I would go as far as to say it is vital for their upbringing.
