I never have energy, always tired?why?
IM 26 now i know when we were young we had lots of energy. I am always tired not lazy...just tired with no energy....i started workin out for over an year but i still find myself very tired why? i drink red bull but seems not to help....when i sleep a good 7-8 hrs im still tired...i do exercise...and i did alot still tired or if i do a lil bit..still tired...im always drained...why? what can i take to take this away? thanks im tired right now btw OH AND I EAT GOOD....GREENS,NO SODA...JUICES LOTS OF WATER...IM STILL TIRED!
Why am I always tired when I'm at work but never tired when I'm at home?
I'd agree Janet's answer.Because when you only feel tired at your workplace and not home, definitely there is something that makes you feel stressed and suppressed or push you towards doing something what you don't like to do.It can be a job you never wanted to do, where you have no chance to move ahead or the work requires more than it gives you.Also, the office or the workplace where you are working, has too many heavy noises, has lost of chemicals around emitting awful odors, dim lighting, too high or too low temperatures, increased workload and no reinforcer or incentives, etc, all these conditions may cause fatigue and boredom.your own attitude toward work and your approach to work can also affect and cause fatigue. as when you are not willing to work, no matter how much incentives you have got, you'll never feel fresh or active.hope that helped.
Why am I always tired?
I am a junior in high school. Lately I have felt really tired all the time, even though I get like 7 hours of sleep every night. I always feel extremly tired especially when I get home from school, I always want to take a nap. I have been pretty stressed out from school lately, so could that be a reason, its like that feeling when your heart feels heavy, and you are always nervous and anxious about a upcoming test, and how you did afterwards. I have been feeling really nervous on what I got after every test. My mouth has also been very dry and my lips are sometimes cracked. Why are my always tired? Thank you.

Go to the doctor and ask them to do a thyroid test (TSH). I was so tired I would come home from work and sleep until morning and all weekend. My thyroid was off and since I've been on medication I feel great. It takes about 3 months but it's worth it.
Why am I always tired and bored in class? Despite how well I slept the other night?
I'm currently a sophomore. A-B average student, while barely studying. Had a weighted GPA of 4.50 my freshman year. Now let's get to the point. The problem is, I'm always tired and bored in literally all my classes. I yawn like 5 times in literally all my classes. My teachers always tells me to sleep better, you didn't have enough sleep etc. Even though I sleep like 8-9 hrs every night. Do you have any tips on how to stay awake, and enjoy school? The only thing I enjoy at school is Wrestling. I'm a wrestler for Perry HS, and that seems the only thing I enjoy.
Why am I always so tired, I have no energy?
I literally just went through the SAME exact thing. Except, mine got to the point where I couldn't move out of bed. My body kept going into spasms, and everything hurt me. Turns out I have Fybromyalgia. It's a disease caused from a lot of stress and depression. I really think that you could have a form of depression. Depression could be caused very easily from too much stress (whether it's due to relationships, school, homework, drama, death, parent troubles, etc.) Antidepressants works for me. Give it a shot. What do you have to lose? Just don't let it get too far. Go out and do exersize and look up how to self-meditate. It worked wonders for me, and it really keeps you'r mind off of things. Good luck!
Why am I always tired, dizzy and light-headed?
A while back, I was treated for anxiety problems. They gave me Zane x to take daily. I was always feeling antsy, dizzy and light headed. I stopped taking it because I couldn't afford it. But my symptoms went away. About three weeks ago they came back. Except now I'm ALWAYS tired. I get a lot of sleep as it is. But I'll get so tired after four hours of being awake and not doing so much physical activities. I have done soooo much research but can't really find what I'm looking for i guess you can say. Some people said I could be anemic not drinking enough....But ugh I don't know....Any suggestions.?
My kitten is always tired / sleepy, is that okay?
I don't have time to take her to the vet till the end of the week, so I am asking you guys. She is 8 weeks old, and I got her approximately 1 week ago. She started out energetic and always cuddling and wandering around, but now she is always sleeping or tired. She also doesn't play, or run around. She didn't eat much at first, I assumed she was simply taking time adjusting, plus I was giving her various flavor/ bran food to see what she likes. This is because the pervious owner said that she can eat dry food, and gave me some to take with me, but the kitten was having difficulties biting it, so I switched to wet food. I did give her a bath or two but with warm water and then I blow dried her which she didn't seem to mind. I did also have the AC on but for a few hours and not too cold. So please let me know what you think? I will take her to the vet in a couple days but what should I do for now?
