Is your computer running Windows? How do you want to connect to your PS4 - Ethernet or WiFi? Does your computer already have this interface available? If not, then you should probably choose WiFi as it should be easier to find a suitable USB WiFi adapter, but make sure that the PS4 will work with an Ad Hoc WiFi network. In the Network Connections on the computer, open the properties for the USB network adapter. On the Advanced tab, there should be a tick box to allow the computer to share its Internet connection. Once this is set up, and the computer has been rebooted, you should be able to connect the PS4 to your computer.
