Why Am I So Sick All The Time

Why am I so sick and tired of being sick and tired?

Welcome to my world. You’re sick and tired of being sick and tired because you’re thinking about your health all of the time.I woke up this morning! I’m alive one more day. I will exercise, write and feed my cat. I will work on new projects. I want to learn something I didn’t know yesterday.Today may be the last time I write because I may die tonight. The same can be said about you and everyone else.My head always pounds. My body feels as if cement was poured in it and allowed to harden. I rock back and forth to get out of this chair. I accept how I feel and I deal with it.Change the channel in your mind. Rejoice that you’re alive. Rejoice that you have a computer. You know how to USE a computer.Don’t waste a moment feeling sick and tired. You will sleep for eternity when you die.

Why do I get sick all the time?

So here is the problem. I get sick ALL THE TIME. Not as much as some people, but 4 times in 6 months is a lot. This is just the more recent. I was basically sick from october to early december. I went on nexium, after discovering i have acid reflux, and it helped, but by mid february, i got sick for a week and a half. I had one week and a half after that being almost not sick at all, and then i got sick again and have been sick for 5 days so far. I was diagnosed with endometriosis when I was 14, though I have had it since I was 13. I had gotten lots of colds before that, but after my endometriosis began, it got much worse. I get sick 4 to 10 or more times a year, and I can't stand it!! I'm 17, and this shouldn't be happening.
I am a kosher vegetarian, I eat pretty well, I take lots of vitamins, I take red bull because without it I am exhausted throughout my day, and even with it I am constantly exhausted. I go to the gym (when I dont have a cold) about 3-5 times a week, and I keep myself in very good condition.
I have tried eating different foods, not eating different foods, vitamins, excercises, I drink water, tea, 1/2 tea 1/2 pomegrante cranberry juice. I go to an acupuncturist who helps a lot, but I need more. I try different herbs, asprin, tylenol, nyquil, decongestants, everything you could possibly think of, but I still get sick!!!!!
I have researched into endometriosis, and have found it can be linked to chronice fatigue syndrome, low immunity, and more. I just need some advice on what to do, because I work so hard in school, I'm in all honors and AP, and losing time in school is making it harder on me. I also want to get a job, but seeing as I'm sick all the time, its very hard. I still go to school when I'm sick but then there are days like today when I can't concentrate because I have a huge headache, my nose is stuffed, it burns, I have really bad sinus pressure, and my ears are clogged. Its too much for me and I really need advice.

Why am I sick all the time? What do you think I might have?

For starters, I have gone to the doctor. We're trying to figure it out, but in the meantime, I'd like to see if anyone knows what these symptoms might be signs of. I am sick nearly all of the time. I feel tired a lot, and so sluggish that housework only gets done on good days, and believe me, there aren't many of those. I get sore throats that don't stay gone when treated with antibiotics. I have been sick on and off notably since November with a ratio of 2-3 weeks sick and 1-1.5 weeks well. Right now I'm being treated for pink eye and strep throat, both of which seem to have no desire to surrender anytime soon even though I've been on antibiotics for about 6 days now. I feel so detached too. Like I'm in some kind of cloud. It's really hard to concentrate and remember a lot of things. I'm only 23! What is going on?

I get sick of people I'm friends with over time. Why is this?

I'm not sure why that is, but definitely take note of this:Becoming friends with someone, you like who they are and what they are about, otherwise you would not or shouldn't be friends with them. If you find yourself spending time with people that you feel don't have good morals/values/views, how they act or react, then don't hangout with them! If it's because you don't have anything else to do and they asked you to hangout or whichever case it is, easy just say no. You don't need that energy in your life. Usually 1–2 times you see that person and you can get a feel of who they are or how the act, don't like it? Leave. Like that person? You obviously build friendships with anyone.BUT, ONE BIG THING: do not be friends with someone, then all of a sudden months later, year later whatever, be like oh I don't like this about this person I shouldn't have them as a friend. You are now a lowsey person. If you feel like your friend did something wrong or did something you did not like then tell them. Communication is key to anything and everything in life, you have to learn how to talk to people and confront people in a understanding way. Also don't get in a petty fight or argument and decide to not stop talking/being friends, I did this and it was so stupid and I'm glad I have my best friend back. You think they're annoying? The way they talk or do things? You should have gotten this sense/feel when you guys first started hanging out.Find qualities you like in people, people that reflect yourself, you can have amazing friendships don't let something die because you didn't water it!!! Maybe you don't need friends either but friends are great to have due to so many reasons.

Why am I so horny when I get sick?

Why is it that when I'm not feeling well, I always seem to be horny as hell? Does anyone else have this problem? I would love to hear any answers you have for this problem.

Why am i getting sick all the time lately?

OK, I have always been very healthy, eat right, work out... Lately it seems when I get sick it is almost impossible to get well in a timely manner, and to make matters worse, even the slightest loss of sleep the illness seems to come back. I've been getting sick for weeks at a time with no relief.. it has kept me from exersizing and enjoying life. I just moved in with my girlfriend who has 2 cats which I am allergic to, could this be creating the problem? Could the exposure to these cats be weakening my defense system leaving me prone to illness and make it difficult to get over the illness? Or, is this simply natural when you get older, I just turned 40 last year...

Why am i constantly sick with a cold?

I get colds ALL the time. They usually start at the begging of fall (around this time) and they come and go for long periods until late spring. Its mostly a runny nose and sometimes a sore throat. I take an ibuprofen when i get the colds and they usually last a week. They are really annoying because i am constantly blowing my nose and it makes me hard to do sports like running and swimming because i need to breath through my nose. Please help with any suggestions. thanks!
