Why are liberals such weak debaters?

They are Advocates of a policy that empowers a strong government to enslave its people with a high tax burden incident to the support of extravagant and unnecessary social programs destructive to both the work ethic among the lower class, and the incentive to innovate and succeed among the working class. The problems we face today are because the people who work for a living are outnumbered by those who vote for a living. A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover that they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates who promise the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that every democracy will finally collapse over loose fiscal policy A broken government can't be fixed by the same government that broke it. @

I am extremely conservative and im trying not to be biased but every single debate i seen on youtube is won by conservatives(Ben shapiro, milo y, tucker carson, and steven crowder). Who would you say are the best liberal left sided debaters? Thanks
What do you see as the proper goal of a conservative–liberal debate?
I’ve noticed from both Bernie Sanders-Ted Cruz debates…Cruz does well but he doesn’t do that well. He goes into the debate not with the intention of promoting conservatism but of debunking Bernie. And he’s pretty damn good at it. He gets far more applause during debates than Bernie and brings more stats. He goes in knowing what Bernie will say (because let’s face it, Bernster is a broken record) and rather than providing an outstanding argument (though as I said he does perform well) he gives Bernie a thorough debunking and shows his ideas to be a bit ridiculous. He’s essentially got Bernie to admit he would raise everyone’s taxes as well as the fact that many of Bernies economic ideas are actually opposite those of Scandinavia’s, the model he claims to base his ideas on. You can win a debate (or an election) much easier by making your opponent look a fool than making yourself look like a genius.So in my opinion there are I’d say 3 aims of a debateTo make your opponent’s arguments seem weakTo make your own arguments seem strongTo convince a majority of your ideasBut the best way to accomplish 2 and 3 is 1.
Why are there so many videos of conservatives "dominating" in debates but almost none of liberals?
I have not seen any recent videos of conservatives dominating in debates. Debates are meant to be an exchange of ideas. To dominate in a debate, you have to express a dominant idea. It has been a long time since the alt-right has allowed a conservative to express their ideas without being branded a RINO.What a lot of people confuse with dominating a debate is being domineering - talking over people, making outrageous claims to divert the attention away from an absence of ideas, branding their opponents as "Libs" and RINOs", and gaslighting in an effort to win a verbal battle instead of an ideological one.What is really, truly, sad is that there is room for conservative thought and a genuine need to debate the virtues of conservative ideology, but "owning the Libs" has become such a popular game in the alt-right corner of the media that what they actually accomplish is to drown out conservative ideas and add fuel to the liberal ideas.If the country turns into a left-wing socialist Bernie fever-dream, it will be because the loudest people on the bat-scat crazy end of the right wing "dominated" the media, and most people (conservatives included) are going to react by swinging wildly away from the alt-right ideology.
