Why are my legs so itchy?
It's probably the weather... To do: Try to shower everyday (you don't have do wash ur hair every day) and scrub your legs with a good moisturizing soap. Make sure the water isnt too hot because it can cause dry itchy skin! STAY AWAY FROM SCRUBS AND stuff like that! It will make more cuts! At the end of your shower, thurn the water as cold as you can stand, because cold water can revive skin. After your shower, put some "Jergins Extra moisturizing lotion on the cleanly washed irritated area. Keep doing so untill you see results. It won't happen instantly, but it will be soon dont worry! Also, avoid clothing that can irritate skin. You can be allergic to fabrics on clothing so try to find out what you're allergic to... Before you leave the house, put on another thin layer of lotion. Some other possible reasons: when done with sports, if you let the sweat sink in on your skin, it can cause ichyness. Also Being around pets can too, if you have a pet, keep your room, your clothes, your items, your pet AND YOU clean to prevent this! Allergic reactions can cause itchy skin so also try to find out if something makes ur skin irritated and try new brands! They aren't expensive, and you can just visit your local CVS! Look for things that say "moisterizing" and "soothing" or "aloe" or "for irratted skin" and stuff like that... Hope I helped.. Also you can be ichy from not shaving enough.. The hair can grow back and be uncomfortable for your skin, so if u already shave, try to shave every other day... And try to not get razor burn. :D

Im fifteen years old and whenever I wear jeans-mainly skinny jeans-when it is cold out, my legs become EXTREMELY itchy to the point that I don't want to move. It has become so bad that I can't even think about or look at people wearing jeans without getting goosebumps. I've been told it's all mental, but I don't see how that would be possible. Why would I have such and extreme "allergy" to jeans? I don't ever develop a rash or bumps. PLEASE HELP OR GIVE ME AN ALTERNATIVE!!!! PANTS SHOPPING IS A NIGHTMARE
