Why has Quora told me "You have reached your limit for answering questions today"?
It's a rolling 24 hour period. So maybe you wrote a lot late yesterday.Look at your answers on your profile page and you can count how many you've written and approximately when you will be able to submit more.What you can do is write your answer, don't post it, and it will be saved as a draft. Try again 24 hours after your last post.You don't need to try to answer every question.Read existing answers to the question. Exactly what you want to say may have been said already.Or the question may be a common one that will get merged. There may be 25–100+ answers just waiting.Single sentence or single paragraph answers are not really what Quora is looking for. They will just get collapsedDig deep, think a lot, answer well. 10 really good answers are better than 50 quickies.The first couple days you're on Quora they limit you more tightly to give you time to learn about the rules and culture of Quora. Limits on new accounts also prevent people joining just to write spam or troll content.My limit is 50 right now. That seems to be true for those who joined in 2018 or 2019.Some longtime Quorans mentioned their limit is 100.If your answer limit doesn't seem to follow these general guidelines, you can always ask.http://Quora.com/help
Why am I unable to post or answer any questions on Yahoo Answers?
Clearly, you have upset a Yahoo! god and they are firing you from Yahoo! Answers.I used to work for Yahoo! Answers a decade ago and I used to spend a lot of time asnwering a lot of questions and the company was extremely happy with my work.In fact, they send me a Yahoo! Answers jacket to my home.I still have it.A few years later I was one of the most popular writers on Yahoo! Answers and the founder and CEO of Yahoo! at the time David Filo himself send me a letter with his signature and everything congratulating me for my hard work.I still have this letter.A decade ago, a letter signed by a billionaire was a huge deal for me.Now, I get job offers from billionaires, almost each month and I almost always decline them.I still want to work for Elon Musk, Adam D’Angelo, Max Levchin, Peter Thiel, Luke Nosek and Ken Howery, thought.One day, all of a sudden my Yahoo! Answers account was blocked for unknown reasons.I tried to open a new account and this worked for a little while but eventually my account was blocked again.I tried to open a new account and this worked again for a little while but eventually my account was blocked again.After that, I simply stopped trying and evolved into something else.I was extremely dissapointed by all this and I could not fully understand why they were blocking my accounts.Obviously I was younger and dumber a decade ago.It turns out a billionaire got upset about some of my answers and he simply bribed Yahoo! and they fired me.I was bringing a lot of eyesballs to Yahoo! Answers a decade ago.I was answering questions for them for free, you know.Maybe Yahoo! would still be profitable today if they hired me as a regular employee back then.We will never know.It appears that you are in exactly the same situation I was a decade ago.Just forget about Yahoo! Answers and focus exclusively on Quora.They are losing money for a reason, you know.I suspect they regret firing me from Yahoo! Am I the only one having an issue with Yahoo Answers not having the "All Categories" column on the left anymore?
No your not the only one Yahoo made a new Format its gone for Everyone on the Left side of the page To find the Category's Click on Answers Home then click on any Category then click on All Category's on the Top thats the only way to Access it For now Hopefully Yahoo will Fix it and Provide a Better way to get to the Category's
Is anyone else suddenly being flooded with 2-3 month old notifications?
My my.....my stalker has been BUSY! I'm getting dozens of violation notices for perefectly innocent answers....and Yahoo says, the 7 DAY appeal deadline has expired! Righttttttt........but I am only getting the notices NOWWWWWW, 3 months later. Of course. Most of these would be easily overturned on appeal.
