Why Did I Eat Unhealthy Today

Is what I ate today unhealthy?

Around 12:00 I ate a banana and a little of those lays baked healthier chips. Then later for a snack I ate some crackers and some japenese candy. Btw is Pocky and Rice candy BAD for you? I heard it causes cancer and is not good so I won't eat it anymore. Then for dinner I ate roast, mash potatoes, and peas. I only drink water because any other drink in the world has sugar in it. I'm going to stop eating any candy or junk food at all and eat fruit and veggies and whole grain with more better meats. (no lunch meat.) Could I lose weight from that plan? Could I gain a pound from what I ate today? And btw is 74 pounds healthy weight for a 10 year old? My sister told me to ask this about her daughter. Thanks!

I am on a diet and I ate so unhealthy today!?

Nothing, just keep at your diet for the rest of the days. There's no harm in letting loose in a day or two. In fact, cheat days help you keep sane. Just continue back on your diet and add some exercise in the following days.

Did I eat really unhealthy today?

breakfast: whole wheat, buttered toast with a scrambled egg, tropical passion juice (100%), and a mandarin orange.
lunch: a 100 calorie snack pack, a Nature Valley granola bar, and another mandarin orange.
after school snack: Medium fries and a medium hot chocolate with non fat milk from McDonalds.
supper: Vegetable soup and two small slices of garlic bread.
after supper: A large spartan apple and a cup of chamomile tea with two teaspoons honey (I know it's a lot but I need it for my sore throat.)

That's a pretty healthy day of eating.

My only recommendation would be to stop eating the frozen pancakes. They have very high carbs and lots of sugar when you include syrup. Instead of that, try a Kashi Whole grain cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, or some other cereal. Basically anything whole grain with some extra fiber, protein and low sugar will do the trick. The high protein will give you energy to keep you til lunch, fiber is essential and sugar is bad!

Eat unhealthy on my birthday?

Hell yeah! It's your birthday girl, you should treat yourself to all of those good foods for at least a day. Besides, it's not like it's going to effect your diet if it's only one day. We all have those days.

I ate really unhealthy today!!! Help!?

O_o" calm down!! lol ive dieted before! yhea its REALLY hard but today i was SUPER bad too drank 3 sodas 3 chocolate cupcakes (oh lord) dinasaue chicken nuggets tons of mac and cheese i feel bloated. well you should probbaly do TONS of excersice tomaroow if you dont then youll probably gain that weigth or excersice RIGHT NOW instead :D

Okay so i ate pretty unhealthy today....?

haha i had it all set out that i would change my eating habits but my mom loooves stuffing my face with bad foods even though she knows im tryign to eat healthier.

anyways i started my day out healthy: fatfree skim milk and speacial K cereal...and then a bowl of mixed fruits

by the time i got to lunch i ended up eating a bowl of low fat or non fat frozen yogurt with crushed oreos (there was probably 2 or 3 oreos used) water and a bag of pretzels which i gave half away to.

and then my mom gave me two slices of pizza for dinner

idk i feel like this was really bad eating, how many calories do you think i consumed and how can i best work the worst of it off?
