How do i convert g/L into percentage.?
A liter of water weighs 1,000g, so one gram is 0.1% of a liter of water (at 4°C to be technical). Comparing any other substance is not a true percentage. This is designated by specifying "(w/v)" "weight to volume". 55g/L = 55g/1000g = 0.055 = 5.5% (w/v)
