Why is my friend luckier than me. Why does everyone think hes hotter?
aLife is not fair. When i met one of my good friend about a year ago he was 5'3 and weighd 160 pounds(of fat) I was probably 5'4 weighd 105 pounds (of nothing). Now its a year later and hes 5'6 wieghs 135 pounds and must of lost 50 pounds of fat by doing absolutly nothing. while he was doing that i now spend half my time weight lifting or at football practice and weigh 145 and im 5'10. Plus he always seems to get money out of nowhere while i work for money.And i might just not see it but all the girl friends we have all think hes hotter. I mean im not tryin to rag on him, and i guess you could say im jealous but i just dont get it. Hes 5'6 hes hispanic, has black hair brown eyes, a lazy eye, a crooked nose, bright yellow crooked teeth, a buzz cut and crooked edge, sponge arms, acne EVERYWHERE, and because he lost all the weight his stomach is all flabby,hes really cocky, he bitches constanly any time me and our group of friends gets him to come outside,he always copies everyone elses joke, pouts when ever we hang out with girls and he doesnt get attention and he could be a huge douche bag sometimes nd he literally lays around all day doing nothing. Im 5'11 half white half native american, long dirty blond surfer hair, blue eyes i just got my braces off but my teeth are a little yellow my cheeks and nose are sprayed with freckles, tan, gained 30 pounds in muscle in the past year i have all ap and honors classes and love the beach biking any sport and cuddling. But he does have one thing over me. I am shy if i dont know you i wnt go up nd talk to you but if i do ill have alot of fun and crack alot of jokes and hes out going nd fun whether he knows u or not. Hes a really good friend nd im not trying to be mean but me and my guy friends just dont get it.
Friend thinks Anime girls are hotter than girls in real life, what the heck do I say to him?
He argues that drawings of anime girls are way hotter than the girls in real life because he claims their bodies are "perfect." I know this sounds ridiculous, but he constantly makes this argument after I tell him "They're just drawings and they're not real." He will respond, "If you're watching real porn, it's not like you are doing to have a chance with her either, so why not look at the drawings?" I really have given up on him trying to convince him about the reality of women. Any suggestions on what to say.. I don't care if it's harsh, I want to get through to him intellectually.

Probably cause they have grown up with you and are use to you and what not. A lot of guys think girls are hotter than they really are when they just see them and stuff.

We've been best friends for 12 years but we are so different. She is pretty slutty while I'm more reserved. She wears clothes that show off her boobs and wears short dresses. We're 17 and she has had boyfriends and sex and I have never even had a boyfriend. I don't wear too revealing clothes. I'm my opinion though I'm prettier than her. I have curly hair while she has straight and I think I have a better body cuz I work out. Its just really annoying cuz all the guys always go to her and never even think about me. Indeed why. There are a few reasons possible, why this could be happening.The reason may be that you are very pretty. Beautiful people are used to get all the attention. If you want to remedy this, just join in in the conversation, don’t expect others to come to you. By being more accessible you will get more attention.You feel uncomfortable in your skin. There can be a lot of reasons that make you feel this way and unfortunately for you other people can instinctively tell and thus prefer to talk to your friends. Which in turn will make you feel even more unfomfortable, which will block you to join in in the conversation or show your potential, and thus make you appear stand offish. Work on your confidence. Find an answer to the question why this guy should approach you. This will help you to locate your positive attributes, and if you repeat them loud in front of the mirror every day, you will get more confident in no time.You are more of an introvert or shy, and it feels like a chore going out and meeting people. My best friend is like my polar opposite. We're both sort of average in looks, but I've been told I'm prettier (shh) but she gets more guys! I think its because she is a "go getter" when she sees a guy she likes she goes and talks to him. and when i see a guy i like i am too shy to even walk by him. i will pine and pine and FINally MAYBE get up the courage to hintingly flirt with him where as my friend, she'll just be like "Hey.
