Why Do I Adore Food So Much

Why american don't like spicy food?

It depends on what we were raised on. My father is East Indian, so I was raised eating curry. We also love Mexican and Italian spices.

My best friend, on the other hand, is a mac and cheese kind of woman. She thinks Taco Bell is spicy.

Depends on the person, honestly. You must not know many Americans to have gotten that impression though.

How do I lose weight when I love food so much? Every food not just chocolate crisps, etc.

Perhaps there is a mental/emotional component to this. Ever hear of "stress eating"? Many of us do it.Even bodybuilders & other athletes love their food, but they are hyper-aware that certain foods will simply satisfy only one level -like if they have a "sweet tooth". But eating too many sweets is detrimental to our mental as well as physical health on so many levels.I see these guys & gals on food shows, and I think "I wish I could eat like that!" All those wonderful dishes -YUM! But I also know that I have a tendency to gain weight easily, so I have to watch what I eat, how much, and how often.Ask yourself this: What do I want to do or be? Am I a diehard "foodie"? Then go for it. Love drinking alcohol? Go for it. Think of any vice, and while there is a perceived satisfaction on one level, there is most likely a hidden downside.Eat too much? Overeat in one sitting? Eat way too many times in one day without expending energy required to burn off calories consumed? You will most likely gain weight and not be able to lose it.It comes down to choices. If your goal is to lose weight, then you've got to choose foods which nourish your body, so you will have the energy to expend exercising -even if it's only fast walking several miles a day. OR...admit you really don't want to lose weight, you love food, and proceed.Proper nutrition is quite involved. Maintaining a comfortable & healthy body takes some forethough. Reward yourself at infrequent intervals so you are happy with the rest of the time you may spend watching what you eat, when, and how much in one sitting.Three things that will surely sabotage your efforts to lose weight: Eating the wrong things (empty calories laden with fat and/or sugar); eating too much in one sitting (overeating); and skipping meals.

Is it wrong to love food soooo much?

Only if you go out of control and gain 200 pounds. Otherwise, embrace food! Just in smaller portions.

Asian Food or Mexican Food?

Since I was 12, anytime my parents ask "What do you feel like eating?" my answer is, "Anything but Mexican." The only "Mexican" food I like are the typical stuff like tacos and quesadillas.
Then there's asian food. Oh god, asian food. I adore it with every fiber of my being. Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Mongolian, Indian. I love it all.

I like sushi and peanut curry.

my fav. would be pho bo with vien and brisket, tripes, etc
