Yes, it is possible and practical. Where it says play on the launcher, click switch accounts. Sign in, and you can easily switch accounts. However, I’ve found when switching internet connections, you will have to sign in again. For that reason, it maybe impractical.However, it is useful for saving progress on servers. On singleplayer, the account doesn’t matter.
