Why Do I Always Predict The Future And 5 Out Of 10 Times Iam Right

Can dreams tell the future?

Hi Sarah,

Yes! Dreams can tell the future. But, it must be known that there are two ways about it. One is a precognitive method and the other is prophetic.

Must know the difference in order to apply the correct method to the dream.

Alot of people believe that the dreams they have are prophetic because some aspects of the dream appear to occur shortly after they have been dreamt. Let's look at them:

Precognitive dreams-
These dreams are those that occur within 3 days to a year of having been dreamt. Most often within 3 days. Often, they concern those around the dreamer. They are about things occurring near, around or within the vicinity of the dreamer's surroundings.

Prophetic Dreams-
These dreams are those which can take place during any period of time. Think "time" on this because decades can pass and the dream does not have to take place in the lifetime of the dreamer. These type of dreams do not concern the life of the dreamer, but a large geographic region. Not centralized, as in the case of the precog dream. These are never about the dreamer but are about the world, in general.

Your friend's dream, sounds like a precognitive type of dream.

Also, dreams are not always about what happened the day before, but can take place during any period of the dreamer's life. There is some matter which triggers the thought that brings the dream to mind. That can be any phase of the dreamer's life or, rather, what is on the dreamer's mind (even the little things missed).

Oh PS: There is a reason people dream precognitively! But, yes, dreams can tell the future!

Predict my act and sat scores?

im in 8th grade, but lets just predict what i will get in the future.

i am a mostly B student, in all advanced/honors classes with some C's and some A's occaisionally, but mostly B's.

on my explore test i got a composite score of 19 out of 25.

on NWEA testing, for math i am always in the 5 %ile, and for reading i am always in the top 10%

in high school i will take all honors classes.

and i will actually do my homework for once in my life.

i am female if it makes a difference in my scores, and i live in the chicago area and will attend one of the schools in the glenbard township...

i dont do that well on standardized testing, but i am getting better.

also, is it better for ur score if you just answer all the questions in a rush at the end if you run out of time, or to leave some blank? on explore, i just answered the last 15 for math randomly since i panicked on the time...

This experience with a psychic left me freaked out, are they real?

You're a physicist? Really? Because you sure don't sound like a scientist. A scientist would be far more skeptical than you seem, and I doubt there are many scientists who would capitalize cold reading, so I checked your profile. Why is it, then, another question you admit to being 15 years old (which *is* what you sound like) and asking when you'll be starting to fill out?
.
You look more like a paranormal believer faking a skeptical history to me. At least have the decency to admit you're a liar.
.
EDIT: Which makes me wonder...why didn't the self-proclaimed "psychic" above pick up on this? Hell, I did, and I don't even claim to be psychic. I guess she's not much of one, or maybe she forgot to keep her third eye open.
.
EDIT: I had another thought. Since you admit in numerous other questions to being 15 years old, and your account was started in 2008, that means you lied about your age when you joined the site, since you have to be at least 13 to join, and you attested to that. You seem to be a pathological liar, don't you? Lies, lies, and more lies. Why should anyone believe a single thing you have to say? (Except psychics, since they can always sense when you're lying, right?)
.
.
@kelsey: Fari enough; I'll admit an ad hominem attack was unwarranted, and Hereby apologize--I should have restricted my remarks to the original poster. I also understand that I mischaracterized psychics when I asserted that you should have such wide awareness. Clearly that isn't true. That said, it wouldn't do you any harm to become a little more skeptical yourself, and not simply believe everything you read. This poster is a clear fake that I picked up on and you didn't, which is what precipitated my remark. It didn't take a psychic to suss out this lying fraud, but it did take a psychic to be unaware of it--you have to admit that's just a little bit ironic, don't you?

I can predict things before they happen?

Ever since I was about 11 I could always tell what was about to happen and I still can. Whenever it happens It feels like if I had forgotten something and just remembered it right before it happens. My Mom's side of the family has always had out of body experiences and they can see shadows and sense things. My older brother always used to say that someone was in his room and it used to scare him. He still sees shadows and senses a presence sometimes, he's 19 now and I always am open for him to talk about it. I don't know if I'm a small bit psychic or something. So if anyone can tell me what it is, im not on drugs or have any mental issues and I'm a strong believer in the paranormal.

Realistically, how often should an adult get their teeth cleaned by a dentist?

My husband thinks I'm buying into "marketing" by insisting that the appropriate amount of cleanings per year is two--every six months. What is the right amount of times per year for a healthy adult with healthy teeth?
