Why do I always wake up just before my phone vibrates?

It's probably because of how your memory works. While sleeping, you are very often in a semi-conscious state. Your brain is still actively processing the stuff that happens in the world around you, but your memory is all switched off, so your experiences never make it to your long term memory. Some people even wake up several times each night and then go back to sleep again, without ever remembering any of it.

However, when the phone rings and you are in this semi-conscious state, you wake up completely. At this point, your memory wakes up as well, and it manages to store some memories of the few seconds before the phone rang.

This makes it feel like you woke up only a few moments earlier. However, in reality, you were probably half awake for quite a while and simply can't remember it.

Strong vibrating sensation in chest and body after drinking.?

I'm a 24 year old female in pretty good health. I usually run a lot (right now is the exception since I have a foot injury) and eat healthy.

I've never had a problem with drinking (alcohol) before.
The past couple times I've drunk alcohol, later in the night, after going to bed I wake up about 4 hours later with a very strong vibration sensation happening in my chest. This then starts to extend to my limps. It is also kind of a tingling.

The best way I can describe it is like having a strongly vibrating cell phone on your chest... that's what it feels like, only more deep down inside.

Other than the feeling, I am quite uncomfortable. I assume it's because I need to eat something but that barely does anything. The sensation last for about an hour and a half and makes me very uncomfortable. I can't go back to sleep while it's happening.

A little background: I am not a heavy drinker. I probably "get drunk" once to every two months. If that. I do have blood sugar problems. I believe I have hypoglycemia... but I always make sure to eat a snack before hitting the sack. When i've gone to bed, i've been drunk and not drunk. Both times waking up. I always make sure to drink at least two glasses of water before bed on drinking nights so I won't be dehydrated. It doesn't make a difference.

Why do I all of a sudden feel an intermitent vibrating effect in my rectum?

you sit a lot ? (work, travel, T.V. computer)... could be the start of a "varicose vein" of the rectum - people have said that happened for a couple of days just before getting a painful "roid" - or thrombosed hemorrhoid - grape sized hard and painful one. If that sounds like it, you better get moving and off the backside, never read while in the bathroom (means you are taking too long to do your thing) - try not to get constipated (eat lots of fiber).... hope that helps. Lastly - any advice on the internet - check with a doc !

Most likely sitting too much - you need circulation down there!

How can I wake up at 05:00 without waking up my spouse with the alarm clock?

I don’t sleep next to anyone partly because I’m a light sleeper so any kind of sound or movement jolts me awake. I also thrash about like a mad starfish in my sleep. I used to use an alarm clock but hated waking up after jumping 10 feet in the air in fear every morning so I bought a fit bit. It’s equipped with a ton of other useful things like tracking your steps and heart rate but one of my favorite is the vibrating alarm feature. You can set it to wake you up by vibrating and for me I tend to wake up from the *extremely quiet* sound of the vibration before I feel it on my wrist. (again, I’m just weirdly sensitive to sound) anyone sharing a bed with you would never hear it. I think I have also seen vibrating pillows and cheaper wristband type things that function solely as a clock and vibrating alarm without all the other features found on the fit bit.
