Confirmation E-mail for Forever21 Order?

This just happened to me last night! I ordered online, did not get a confirmation email but they took the funds from my account. I checked my account on forever 21 and no record of my purchase!

I ordered from forever 21 online many times before and never had this problem.


Their customer service number is 888-494-3837. I called and the rep did confirm there is a glitch in their system and they are unable to view.

She said to call back in about 3 hours to see if it went through. And even though the $$ was taken from your account, it could just be a hold or authorization...Either way, check back with them in a few hours.

I never got a confirmation email from Forever 21?

I placed an order from Forever 21 this morning that was 105 dollars. I have been waiting for a confirmation email but still have not received it and I tried to call the customer service number but they're closed right now. I have no way of tracking my order or anything because I purchased it as a guest and I don't have a tracking number since I never got the email. If the order doesn't go through my mom will be sooo mad at me.. Has this ever happened to any of you? I really need to know whats going on.. Thanks!

Please help! Didn't receive my confirmation email from Forever 21?

So I ordered some clothes online at forever 21.com today and at the end they said my order has been confirmed and gave me a code and said I should receive a confirmation email soon but I never did. I don't really care about the email but will I still receive my clothes? Or do I have to open the email or something for it to be confirmed? (Sorry if that's a stupid question) I don't remember the code they gave me either. So should I call them and talk to them about it or is it really nothing to worry about and I'll still receive my clothes?

I still haven't received my Universal Orlando tickets?

I ordered a ticket from the Universal Orlando website, about an hour ago, and have yet to receive an email confirmation or my ticket. I'm worried because my friend ordered her ticket separately and she received an email immediately. I chose the email delivery option, but if my ticket does not arrive by email am I able to pick it up in the will-call window with my confirmation number? I can't call customer service because they are currently closed. Also, my trip is tomorrow
