"Access is Denied" error message when trying to open a file?
Ur file association is lost. U have to establish it. Make sure ur the admin of ur pc. Then download registry easy Click "system fix" tab > click "File Association" It will show u all association error, select the one that has error click "repair" button. Done:)

When I try to import images from an SD card to my Mac, I get this Finder error message: “CANON_DC” can’t be opened because the original item can’t be found. What is going on? And how can I get my pix off the card? I have Jpg and RAW files on it. Many thanks.

Cannot open my picture files - "Could not find this item" error?
Hi, I'm using windows 7 and recently downloaded one of those photobook creation programs that automatically imported files from the "My pictures" folder. Now the entire "my pictures" folder is gone from the Pictures Library and although when i search for the pictures, the thumbnails are there, I can't open them and the "Could not find this item" message appears (and the path still says that it is in the pictures library). I have tried to manually find the pictures in the program files of that photobook program but no luck. Unlike many people who have this same problem - im not trying to delete the file and want it back! I suspect it is a disk consistency problem, however i have no idea how to fix it! Please help!

If you cannot kill the .exe (the one with the same name as your source file) task at the task manager.Try restarting the computer and disable the antivirus. The antivirus may keep the .exe from being killed.
When i insert my flash drive all the files are in a weird language and i cant access them please help!!?
Your flash drive is most likely corrupted. If you take out the flash drive when it's still in use, it can make files corrupt. First scan for disk errors (usually Right-click, Properties, Tools) Then try safely removing (ejecting) and reconnecting it. (If you have software like U3, run that) If they both fail, then reformat the memory stick (right click - format) (Note: this will delete everything on it) If nothing works, then your flash drive is broken, and you may need to buy another :(

Is this happening while you're opening an image file, or when you're opening Elements alone? If it's happening while you're trying to open an image file; the problem might be with the image files themselves. If it's happening while you're trying to open Elements alone, some of the key files needed to run Elements may have become corrupted. With your Photoshop Elements 5.0 CD handy, try doing a repair using the "Repair" option in: Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features (Windows Vista). Insert your Elements source CDs when and if prompted to do so. The repair option is also available in XP also. If this doesn't work--try doing a full uninstall and then reinstall Elements. You will need your original source CDs for this. If other programs aren't hanging-up in a similar fashion, it's likely not a problem with your computer. Good luck!
Why do I keep getting my access denied in Google Drive?
I don’t have a solution, but I just lost pages of work after trying to copy and paste a section of my own document into another on the same account due to this. Just validating anyone who is still having this issue, since many complaints I’ve seen are from last year. I’ve otherwise never had many issues with Google Drive and I swear by it, so it’s incredibly disappointing and frustrating for this to happen.
