Why Do I Have These Symptoms An Feelings And Are They Normal

Are these normal panic attack symptoms?

when i have a panic attack this is what happens, always in this specific order:
well first, it always seems to happen when i am driving, i guess i feel like i have the least amount of control due to the people around me, especially when there is a lot of traffic i guess...
1. i get this throbbing, tight feeling above my knees
2. my legs will get a pins and needles sensation, plus foot cramps
3. after that, my hands tingle, then kind of go numb and lock into a fist, and this is all very difficult to deal with be cause i have a stick-shift car and it's a scary sensation
4. the derealization sets in. (basically when you are detached from your own mind and it feels like you are watching a movie of what is going on around you). it is a very odd feeling, hard to explain... kind of feels like you are going nuts
5. i will feel like i am not getting enough air. i can breathe but i need to keep taking deep full inhales and exhales
6. i can't tell if my heart is beating fast but it feels like someone is pressing on my chest and throat
7. my facial muscles seem to quiver or twich slightly, which is really freaky
8. the worst part is the slurred speech, the first time i ever experienced this i thought i was having a stroke
the best thing i can do is pull over and chug water until i calm down, which sometimes takes a while
note: i am only 22 years old, i take 10mgs of adderall twice a day for my adhd, this panic attack all seems to happen after a night of hardly any sleep, it's really only when i'm alone, and it always is when i'm driving my car. i think it is brought about by feeling like i am losing control of the situation and feeling uncomfortable with my surroundings, but i couldn't pin-point it exactly
does anyone ever have things like this happen? what should i do?? it's been so intense a few times i almost drove to the ER

Concussion symptoms getting worse. Is this normal?

Hon, get back in touch with the doctor. Symptoms can actually last up to a year or more after an injury - it is a brain injury, the least serious of them but nevertheless a brain injury. Continuing to have symptoms can happen and usually they lessen. For them to increase is not a good thing. Call your doctor. It could resolve in time, but your discomfort is a good indicator that you need medical attention. Try using ice packs for the headache, and take some tylenol or ibuprofen

The most significant complications associated with concussion are brain swelling and increased intracranial pressure (ICP). Brain swelling increases intracranial pressure, which can cause brain damage by destroying delicate brain tissue, as well as prevent vital blood and oxygen from circulating throughout the brain. If left untreated, increased intracranial pressure can be fatal.

As the brain swells, a concussion patient may feel increasingly drowsy or confused. Passing out and difficulty waking up can be signs of increased intracranial pressure and serious head injury.

In addition to brain swelling and increased intracranial pressure, many concussion patients experience post-concussion syndrome. Post-concussion syndrome can cause concussion symptoms to last for weeks or months after the incident. These symptoms can include:

Persistent headacheDizzinessMood changesMemory lapseChanges in vision or sense of smellDepressionIrritability
Though these symptoms can resolve over time, it is important to diagnose and treat them to avoid complications.
For patients who are experiencing headaches or pain, doctors may recommend over-the-counter acetaminophen or ibuprofen, or a prescription pain-killer. It is important for concussion patients to avoid aspirin, as it may increase the risk of intracranial bleeding.

Are these normal symptoms for depersonalization disorder?

People with dissociative identity disorder often describe an array of symptoms that can resemble those of other mental health disorders as well as those of many physical disorders.
Different groups of symptoms occur at different times.People with the disorder may feel detached from themselve(depersonalization) and experience familiar people and surroundings as if they were unfamiliar, strange, or unreal (derealization).

Depersonalization disorder is a mental disorder that distorts a person's sense of reality. It affects a person in a way that can be hard to articulate. This feeling of limited control can hamper motor skills and bring about speech impairment. Depersonalization disorder impairs the normal state of awareness and limits or alters one’s sense of identity, memory, consciousness, and feeling as if we are losing our Mind.

Depersonalization is the state of not feeling like us or feeling alienated from our own behavior. As a Depersonalization disorder’s patient, I ca say that I feel I been watching myself from outside of myself. It may feel like out of my body, but without seeing myself if that makes sense, I feel going mentally retarded or going crazy!
An out of body experience is literally seeing yourself a sleep, or if someone dissociates and they see themselves, depersonalization is similar but it's not that.

Some degree of relief is usually achieved with treatment. Complete recovery is possible for many people, especially those whose symptoms occur in connection with stresses that can be dealt with during treatment. Other people do not respond well to treatment, although they may gradually improve on their own.

A few people like me remain unresponsive to all treatments. Ant-anxiety drugs and antidepressants sometimes help, particularly for me having anxiety or depression.

I normally feel more sick at the END of my period. Is this normal?

I know exactly how you feel, I used to have heavy and painful periods too, and I still get bad back pain around that time.
It is normal for it to be heavy when you come on, so for the first three days is perfectly normal. As for back pain and cramps I would recommended paracetamol or ibuprofen for this.
Now, for the nausea and diarrhea I sometimes get this at the beginning, but at other times I get it towards the end, this isn't really anything to worry about. Have you always been like this, or is this a recent thing? If you're still concerned speak to your doctor, they can give you more information than I can, and probably prescribe something for the pain too
Hope this helps and you feel better,
Vicky xx

Do you have the same symptoms for pregnancy with an ectopic pregnancy?

Typically your hcg levels are a little low but not always, other symptoms are usually the same except with an ectopic you may have that same cramping but it is focus on one side of your abdomen. Also upper back pain is common with an ectopic. Unless you have a history of ectopics there is really no need to worry. These are very rare and if your levels are high (or right where they are supposed to be) then you are in good shape. Most women who go through a miscarriage or fertility treatments are very concerned about complications simply because of the difficulties they went through to get pregnant. Your feelings are perfectly normal but most likely you will be fine.
