I never know what to eat for breakfast?

Ther is no law saying you have to eat certain foods at certain times of the day. You don't give any indication of what you do like, but the ideal breakfast should include a lean protein, a whole grain and a serving of fruit or vegetables. That could be as simple as nutbutter on some whole grain crackers and an apple or as elaborate as grilled salmon with brown rice and steamed veggies left over from dinner the night before. If you'll break out of the little box you've been thinking in, I'm sure you can think of something.

All of the answers saying cats are “obligate carnivores” are correct. Cats lack the ability to develop certain amino acids that other animals’ bodies can make from a herbivorous or omnivorous diet. I was a vet tech for a few years and learned a lot about cats and their diet. I can say from personal experience, it is easy to tell a cat who gets lots of meat (protein) in its diet from a cat who eats dry food where the first ingredient is corn meal. Just from a glance you can tell what a cat eats. When cats eat food that is mainly anything other than meat their bodies are forced to eat their own muscle to make up for the lack of protein and amino acids in their diet. Cats crave protein. It is hard-wired. Years of evolution drive them to hunt. Partly for sport, mostly for nutrition. Cats don’t have ANY grinding molars, NONE. This is a very good indication they have no business eating fruits. Fruits don’t taste good to cats, they have trouble chewing fruits, and, as any cat owner can tell you, fruit is boring prey for a cat :) . A cat wants to watch its dinner struggle and slowly die. There are obviously exceptions, such as the siamese who eats cantaloupe in the top answer (which is awesome by the way.) For the most part though, if it isn’t meat a cat isn’t interested. So I have to take this opportunity to say that you don’t need to buy super expensive food for your cats, but PLEASE make sure the number one ingredient is chicken/chicken meal or what have you. Corn meal is terrible for them. Sorry, I had to use this as a soap box.

I want to eat healthy, but I never know what to eat?

You do also need to have fat in your diet. It does help, at least me, stay full for a longer amount of time. There are foods with good fat such as an avocado.

I'm hungry but I dont know what to eat?!?

If you are really hungry then first you should have a banana or some kind of easy food that you don't have to prepare.
Then that should hold you you a few minutes until you make a sandwich or cereal
If you want to eat but you don't want to then just drink lots of water.

Why do people eat meat when they know animals are tortured inhumanely? Would you kill that animal yourself? Meat is not the only source of protein, and is high in cholesterol.
I was asking people this on Omegle and watching two strangers talk back and forth. When you do this you can not join the conversation. The reactions I got from this question were:
-because its good, i guess you never had bacon, i don't care about animals, they aren't all tortured, we need it to survive,you can still be against animal abuse and eat meat, if you eat vegetables you kill plants that are living, vegan food is expensive, what i do't know won't hurt me, animals don't have feelings....ugh what did I expect from people on that web site anyway!?

Mankind is truly the lowest form of life, we cannot admit it although Christ said he is as the servant. Men demand to be revered, treated as God, even though they are the same lifeless sinner as the rest of us.

Why do people eat crayons?

i know its such an odd question but i hear stories where people are obsessed with eating crayons. i heard about 3 different cases. are these stories true? isnt it harmful to the human bodies?

Well you probably already know the things to avoid; sweets, biscuits, crisps, fast food and so on. Anything deep fried will make you feel bad physically and mentally which is why fast food outlets are very keen for you to consume large amounts of sugar to counteract how bad you feel. You know vegetables and fruit are good for you. Simplicity is good. You just have to train your mind to make good choices. Porridge for breakfast is really good and you can add bananas and nuts and honey. Try to eat brown or whole meal bread. Eat as little meat as possible. Beware alcohol as it nearly always weakens the will and makes us eat rubbish. The more you eat healthy food the more you will enjoy it but don't go to the extremes I did and become a raw food vegan. I can't warn people enough to stay away from that kind of diet. There's a book I read called “foods that harm and foods that heal”’ that can give you a basic insight into which foods are good and bad. You must take responsibility for your own health. No one else can do it for you. You decide what you eat and how you live. The first page of the bible says “"I give you all the seed bearing plants and all the fruit with seed in it to be your food.” I think that's probably good advice to follow. I wish you well.
