Why do I always feel that I make wrong decisions and have wrong choices?

Because you do not truly and fully LIKE yourself.Where there is dis-like,there is self-doubt.So…to change this, to become more self-accepting and capable of making decisions in confidence…learn to like your self.HOW?Here’s the recipe:1 cup chocolate1 cup peanut butterRaw Honey to taste…….Oh, woops… wrong recipe. :-)Ok. “HOW DO I LIKE MYSELF?”(Thou Shalt) Love your self with every feeling, thought, action and energy.Find something about yourself that you appreciate. Contemplate the goodness of that characteristic. Allow yourself to really feel good and appreciative for that aspect of yourself. It might be your kindness towards animals. Your handwriting. The way you make your bed. Your speed at doing the multiplication tables. WHATEVER… ! :-)As you allow yourself to appreciate that one thing about YOU, then think of another. Then another. As you do, allow yourself to FEEEEEL good… about YOU. See yourself as a helium balloon. With each “good” thought, you rise higher and higher into the sky.As you go through your day, allow your attention to come back to this feeling. Watch your thoughts. Make sure each thought you have enhances this feeling of goodness. As you interact with others, speak in ways that reinforce this good feeling and thought. Act as if you are the good person. As you become more and more comfortable with living from the elevated state, you will witness yourself treating all others better, with greater respect and empowerment. Can you see yourself being a positive and beneficial force for good that helps to change the entire world? As you live in this state, this is actually what you are doing! Now, as you come to decision cross-roads, you will be more and more inclined to make those decisions that are good for all the world long-term. You will see that every word you speak, every thing you do becomes a powerful catalyst for good in others.WOW!It’s so good to welcome you back!We NEED *YOU*!:-)

Why am I always wrong?

I bet you are right a lot more than you think! Is someone telling you that you are always wrong? Life has a way of happening in ways we didn't expect or didn't want. Maybe these "wrong" decisions are actually God's way of steering you in to a better path. Chin up!!

Why is it so hard for me to make decisions?

I have the most difficult time making decisions. They can be as small as what I'm going to eat or who I'm going to hang out with. I can spend hours trying to decide and not come up with one, and i often cry over them out of frustration. I absolutely hate how hard it is for me but i dont know what to do... i was considering going to a psychiatrist or something and maybe there's someway they can help? I'm not looking for tips on making decisions but more as what an educated doctor thinks is wrong with me and how i can find out. Thank you

How can I stop making decisions I always regret after?

First, what is regret?According to Google, regret is feeling sad, repentant, or disappointed over (something that one has done or failed to do). More practically, now, when do we regret something? When things go wrong.Hypothetical situation: you decided to buy a house. You researched the neighborhood, looked up pictures of the house, visited and even met a few neighbors on the way who could only speak wonders about it. Your first month was heaven, but one day, late night, you start hearing an annoying noise in your attic. You go there next morning and there is nothing. You figure it was just your imagination, but next night again you cannot sleep because your pipes don’t stop making noises. Your dreamhouse suddenly became a nightmare. That can goes for anything. It happens quite a lot in our relationships: first, everything is perfect, until it is not, and everything our partner does start to make us mad.It can be one simple thing or a string of them, but this event makes us regret all the good before, or the peace of mind that deciding gave us. It can come quick or not, but the one thing that is always there: things didn’t happen as you liked. Now, unless we are talking about losing billions or life threatening decisions (to your life or others), everything shall pass. REALLY. I know it is hard to believe (this comes from the girl who obsesses over the events of my graduation party while I was a bit tipsy), but on the long run not much matter. You are a work in progress and viewing your decisions like that might give you a new perspective. If you picked something that you regretted, learn from it. The results of your decision might not be completely over your control, but how you perceive it is. You might not be able to stop yourself from regret right after, but you might be able to repackaged that feeling into something productive.
