Why do e-mails sometimes disappear from my Gmail inbox?
Most often it is malware attachments that sneak in through the gmail filters. These arrive in your spam folder and are automatically deleted by gmail filters after 30 days.It is when you attempt to delete them yourself these attachments open open and embed in the registry. It is pretty hard to track them.Once in a while clean the history and all the cookies and this will help.Also reset the whole thing and this will help. It is a bit of work, I know but it is better to clean out all the garbage that collects and infects everything else.Put your email settings on high alert and junk mail wont get in. Watch those dating sites. They are a harassment and find ways to somehow hook into your system.Im not even sure if all of this will even help.I had the same problem on and off and just got fed up trying to keep the email folders clean and tidy. Unfortunately we cannot survive without email. Of all the email sites Gmail is one of the best. Had enough nonsense comes through Yahoo, Hotmail and all others.Cheers.

In the new Yahoo! Mail, you don’t do this with your browser anymore. Now, just change your character encoding setting right in Yahoo! Mail! Here’s how: In the toolbar, click More Actions and select Set Encodings. From the list that appears, select the encoding that matches the message’s content. Note: Only one character encoding set may be viewed at a time. And in this case, changing your browser’s encoding setting will not work. Or in the old Traditional = Select any email where the header information is displayed, but there is nothing in the "body" of the message where you would expect to find text, etc. Move your mouse to the area of the expected "body" of the message and right-click...on the menu that appears, click on "Encoding"...on the menu that appears, if "Auto Select" has a check mark, leave it as is...if not click "Auto Select"; then this menu will disappear...right click again in the "body" to cause the same menu to display again...then click on "Western European (Windows)"...you should now be able to view the "body" of all messages that you couldn't view before...obviously, if the problem somehow occurs again, do the same procedure described above again. I have no idea how or why these settings get "changed" or "corrupted" after everyday use, but apparently they sometimes do.

In iOS 10, it is indeed possible to delete some stock apps. To install those back, just open the App Store and search for the app you deleted. In your case “Mail”.
Why do my Instagram messages disappear after I've blocked someone?
A user can un-send the messages that he has sent. If he has unsent the messages that he has sent, then only his messages will get disappeared.If the user deleted his account or has blocked you, you can still see the messages you have transacted with each other. Their name will appear as “Instgrammer” if they have BLOCKED you or have DELETED their account.On a side note: Sometimes Instagram messaging behaves elusively, try:logging out and logging in back again, or clear cache memory of your app and open again, you can see their messages.Send a message to that person and all the previous messages will start showing up. LinkedIn changed their messaging structure to one more like a chat, than an email. As such, there is no ‘sent’ message to check. WHY ARE THE YAHOO EMAIL DEVELOPERS PUNISHING US WITH THEIR OUT OF TOUCH UPDATES?????? IMAGINE HOW MUCH THEY'RE GETTING PAID TO PUSH OUT THIS GARBAGE!!!
