Why are women so selfish when it comes to sex?
If you can't get any, it is because of your attitude. You should not expect a women to always be ready to fill your needs. Women should not have to stop what they are doing to run and have sex with you. That is ridiculous. Women are not going to always be "in the mood."
Why does our society let men use biology to excuse their shallowness but not women?
I see men use evolution all the time to excuse their piggish behavior (selfish, shallow behavior) saying they are just "wired that way" However, I studied evolutionary psychology and women are wired to prefer men with more money or status the way men are wired to prefer beautiful women. Both things have an equal amount of scientific evidence backing it up. Ive met a lot of men (usually ones who dont make good money) tell me its bullcrap because it hurts their feelings, but scientific evidence says otherwise. So if men can use evolution to excuse their tendencies, why cant women? I hear nothing but mean phrases such as being a b**** or golddigger when a woman embraces her evolutionary instincts but its okay if a man does it? (BTW, Im not saying Im a golddigger...just talking about a double standard Ive been observing in our society for years where women are supposed to get over their evolutionary tendencies while men aren't)
Why do men underestimate women? (10 points)?
This happens because the idea that women are stay at home moms who cook and clean only has been worked into our society since before America was even found by Europeans and earlier. We have made huge strides in the last century in women's rights, but we aren't going to rid ourselves of all these ideals of the "common household" overnight. As to your "pretty girls are dumb idea" you can call it a stereotype, which for many it is, but a lot of pretty people aren't very smart because they do not value their studies as many people who are considered uglier do. In other words i believe people who are dumb have the capability to be smart, but it does not matter as much to them as it would others.
Why do women expose (show off their body) by wearing revealing and tight clothes ?
Women know this about men - so they play this up. They want to attract the attention. But also! Remember that might not even be the case! I wear tight clothes because when I wear baggy clothes I look skinny. So maybe they have that kind of insecurity lol yeah I admit it! Didn't really have to put a gun to my head for me to admit that though ;P
Men vs, Women?
I must preface this by saying that I mean no injury to either sex by asking this I am merely courious. Please do not take this as an indication of me being sexist for I am not. But here goes: Men have also been I a position of power over women, but why has it been like that? The only logical conclusion that I can come to is that men are just inherently better then women, so from the very begining men have had a physical, intellectual, etc. advantage over women, and thus have taken the dominate position. Thus question could also be extended to other races. The white race has always been dominate, so is there an intrisic aspect of the white race that makes them better? Or has it been mere luck that the white race and the male sex have succeded in subjuagating other sexes and races? Just some question so stew over
Are all people inherently selfish?
The majority of us, yes... And I ll share my opinion on the thought process of this majority with you... I can do this because, even though I despise acknowledging it, I am a part of the majority...Whenever we do something, whether it is donating money to those in need, volunteering for a cause, something as trivial, mundane and at the same time worthy of appreciation like giving up our seat for somebody else or doing our friend or colleague a favour, we do it because the deed strikes a chord within us... It makes some of us feel better about ourselves, helps us view ourselves as morally and ethically groomed, as a contributing and valuable member of the society or simply strikes us as the right, and the only, thing to do... Some of us develop a charitable proclivity because the society expects it of us... And to some of us these deeds present themselves as opportunities to leverage our act and position to gain something valuable, equally or more, in the future... Concisely put, I ignore the intentions or the motivations behind our actions here for they deserve an extensive deliberation of their own... Along with personal and socio-cultural reasons, our bio-physical abilities and inabilities as animals that are a part of the evolutionary process play a gigantic role here...The majority of us are innately selfish, yes...But don't become all despondent and gloomy yet... For I have shown you the dirty water, but, I have kept hidden from your sight the exquisite lotus...In the very core of our selfishness, we value people and causes more... More than ourselves... Within this core of selfishness, there exists selflessness... Within this core of selfishness, there exists love... And innately selfish people, valuing things other than themselves more is really a beautiful thing...Look deep and you find selfishness... Look deeper and you'll find that it doesn't exist so much... Why do men cheat on their girlfriend when they say that they love her and that the sex great.?
I meet a guy that was single. He has now gotten back with his ex girlfriend. No marriage. He still wants to have sex with me because the sex was amazing (it was,but I am not going to be the other women), however, he says he does love her and sex is great with her also. How is that possible? I feel he does love her, but is not in love with her.
